Dadi and Reva come to Janvi’s house wearing masks, pretending to be kidnappers. Janvi wakes Kian and tells him to call for help. Instead, Kian locks the doors and says he invited them. Janvi realizes it’s Reva and Dadi and asks what they are doing. Kian turns on the lights and wishes her a happy Mother’s Day. Seeing the decorations, Janvi asks when they did all this. Dadi says they did it right after she went to sleep. Kian tells Janvi to get ready and look beautiful for the Mother’s Day celebration in the neighborhood. Janvi wonders why it’s necessary. Kian and Reva insist, so Janvi agrees. Janvi then tells Kian she made ash gourd and bitter gourd curry and asks him to eat it. Kian eats the food, recalling that Aryaman said these two ingredients should never be cooked together, and thinks Aryaman was wrong.
Reva and Dadi give Janvi a manicure and pedicure, with Kian helping out.
Meanwhile, Ujwala comes to Aryaman’s house with her face covered. She says she came to feed him because it’s Mother’s Day. Aryaman apologizes for forgetting and gives Ujwala a gift, explaining he didn’t forget after all. Ujwala acknowledges Aryaman’s efforts in finding Brij Bhushan’s enemies. Aryaman mentions he has found a lot of evidence of wrongdoings in the hotel and is using it to track down Brij Bhushan’s enemies. Realizing he’s running late, Aryaman gives Ujwala the keys and asks her to lock up when she leaves.
At the party, Janvi arrives looking beautiful, and Kian thinks she looks like an angel.
The neighbors start gossiping about Janvi. Pushkar stirs up trouble, reminding the neighborhood ladies about Janvi’s past. The ladies confront Janvi, telling her she can’t attend the party and asking her to leave. Janvi sends Kian aside and pleads with the ladies to let them stay just for today since Kian has been excited about the party since yesterday. The ladies demand proof that Kian is legitimate before allowing them to stay. Pushkar asks Janvi to show Kian’s birth certificate. Janvi worries that Kian will learn the truth if the birth certificate is revealed. Kian goes to find the birth certificate.
While searching for traces of Brij Bhushan’s enemies, Aryaman finds a receipt showing that Janvi bought mud utensils on the day of the attack. Aryaman decides to confront Janvi for the truth. Kian finds the birth certificate and decides to show it to everyone to prevent Janvi from being humiliated.
Precap: Kian brings his certificate and tells her she was looking for it. Pushkar takes the certificate from Kanvi to tell the truth to everyone about Kian. Janvi’s dupatta gets stuck in the fan. Arayaman snatches the certificate from Pushkar’s hand, helps Janvi, and praises her in front of everyone for being available as father and mother.
