Kian learns from Dadi that she’s fasting for Janvi to get a good husband and him to get a good father. He thinks he should also fast for Janvi. Kian asks Dadi how he’ll know if a guy will be a good husband for Janvi. Dadi explains that if Janvi smiles at someone and they understand her without words, then they’re a good match.
Meanwhile, Aryaman finds evidence of someone cooking the books in the accounts department. He takes photos and decides to find out who’s behind it.
Aryaman arrives at Janvi’s office a bit late. Janvi teases him for being two minutes late, but Aryaman insists he’s twenty minutes early. He pretends he was busy in accounts and Janvi tells him about an important conference by Brij Bhushan, who’s been discharged. Aryaman gets excited and hugs Janvi, but she pushes him away, asking him to take boxes to the conference room. Aryaman pretends he might mess up in the conference hall, so Janvi offers to serve Brij Bhushan herself. Aryaman answers Muralidhar’s call and Janvi notices his expensive phone, suspecting he stole it. She decides to keep him away from Brij Bhushan and sends him to get flowers.
Meanwhile, Raina tells Prince to do batting today. She instructs the doctor to declare Kian unfit to play. Raina announces Prince will bat, and Kian has to run 20 rounds to prove his fitness.
Later, Janvi tries to feed Kian, but he refuses as he’s fasting. They return home to find all the houses locked, thinking everyone might be at the fair.
When Janvi enters their house, she sees it’s in a mess, realizing it was broken into. Janvi asks Kian to stay put while she confronts the thieves. The goons come out and fight Janvi. They overpower her and ask if she saw the person who shot Brij Bhushan. Kian sees Janvi struggling and calls Aryaman for help. Aryaman learns from Kian that Janvi witnessed Brij Bhushan’s attack, so he rushes to save her. He encounters barricades and wonders how he’ll reach Janvi.
Precap: Pushkar asks Janvi what man’s shoes are doing in this house, he talks about her character and demands to see the man. Arayman listens to everything and walks out with anger on his face.
