Scene 1
Aparajita asks Akshay to sit in the lounge as he is an outsider, Akshay says you are forgetting this is my house. Aparajita says I remember everything. The flashback shows how a young Aparajita begged Akshay to not leave her but he shouted that they got married when she was underage so no law would accept this marriage, he pushed her away and left. The flashback ends. Dadi comes there and is shocked to see Akshay. He smiles seeing her but Dadi moves away. Akshay says you are still being like this? Asha comes there and says uncle you? Dadi says this is Asha. The youngest one. Akshay recalls how Asha was not even born when he left. Akshay tries to bless Asha but she goes to Aparajita. Akshay says you are all grown up, I can’t even recognize you. Disha comes there and says
Aparajita comes to the balcony alone and recalls all her hardships. She cries alone.
Akshay tries to talk to Asha and Disha but they leave. Chhavi says I will make tea for you, she leaves. Akshay tries to talk to Dadi but she says you are not my son because you left us all. My daughter is Aparajita only.
Aparajita comes to the kitchen and sees Chhavi making tea for Akshay, she stammers and says he got wet so I am making tea. Disha comes there and says you are serving the man who left us all alone? Did you think about your mother who always took care of you? Aparajita says don’t schold Chhavi, she says if she wants to talk to her father then that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love me anymore. Disha says don’t become weak, can’t you remember what taunts we had to go through because of that man? Dadi comes there and says don’t talk to your mother like that. Aparajita says Chhavi is happy to see him here, he is here for her birthday so it’s okay. She gives tea to Chhavi and asks her to go. Aparajita tells Disha that some relationships are bound by blood.
Akshay gets a call and says I am here so don’t worry, everything will go as I want. He ends the call. Chhavi brings tea for him, he says I have a gift for you.
Scene 2
Aparajita asks Dadi why did he come back? Dadi says he might try to show right on your daughters but we are all together.
Akshay gives property papers to his daughters and says I have bought a new house for you all. Dadi comes there and says I know you are plotting something. Akshay says it’s not like that, I couldn’t be with my daughters but I want to do something for them. I was away but I always missed you Amma. I wanted you to come with me. Dadi says you wanted me to leave my grandkids and a woman who left her house to become your wife? She asks Chhavi to put his stuff in the guest room. Chhavi takes him to the guest room. He looks around and says the paint is chipping, can’t your motehr take care of it? Asha says Maa saves money every year but there are expenses before repairing the house uncle. Akshay says I am your father, your mother must have told you about me right? Asha says no, Maa never talks about you, she talks about education, groceries and medicines but she never talks about you. Chhavi stops her and asks him to rest, they leave.
Akshay looks around the house and thinks Aparajita has removed my memory from this house. He looks at their family photos and he is nowhere in those. He takes pictures and thinks now everything will change. He gets a call. The electricity is gone so Disha comes out of her room and looks around. Akshay is on the call and says this house is owned by Amma but she should give it to me as I have a right on this house. Disha comes there and hears it, she asks what right? Akshay says I have a right on this house and this family. Disha says you have no right, where were you for 15 years? You are here for Chhavi after 15 years? I won’t let you destroy her birthday. Aksha leaves.
Bappi comes to Aparajita and says I heard that Akshay is back. I heard a similar case and the father took the kids away. What if Akshay takes your daughters away? Aparajita is hurt hearing that.
Chhavi tells Asha that maybe papa has changed. Disha says why would he care for us all of a sudden? Asha says this happens nowadays, if parents separate then they come to meet the kids. Disha says he is back all of a sudden so must have some motive.
Akshay is taking photos of the house. Aparajita is passing by and bumps into him. She sees his camera on.
Precap: Akshay is on call with someone. He says it’s of Chavi but I’ll give a present to her mom too. Aparajita calls Chavi. Chavi thanks her and says, this is first time I’m celebrating my birthday with dad. Dadi says Isha was right, we shouldn’t have brought him inside, I’m worried bad things don’t come along with him.
