Scene 1
All family members enter the house and see laundry on fire. The door is locked from outside, Aparajita breaks it open and the whole laundry is covered in fire. She jumps in the fire and looks around for Chhavi. The door gets jammed so Disha and Asha try to break it again. Akshay and others come there too, they try to doze off the fire while Mohini smirks. Inside the laundry, Aparajita looks around for Chhavi. Chhavi is severely injured and screams for Aparajita. She finds her lying there and rushes to her. She picks her up and starts taking her from there. Niya is lying in a corner, she wakes up and screams for help. Aparajita doesn’t see her and takes Chhavi from there. The door opens and she brings her out. Aparajita feels someone is calling her but doesn’t see Niya.

Outside the laundry, Arjun is throwing water at the laundry and says I shouldn’t have gone to the party. Mohini sees him and says Arjun? what are you doing here? He says I came here to meet Niya. Akshay starts getting dizzy. Aparajita brings Chhavi outside and calls for an ambulance. Akshay asks what happened to her? Aparajita says she got burned. Mohini thinks Chhavi was inside? its good that her laundry burned along with her daughter. She should be punished like this. Chhavi whispers that Niya is still inside. All are shocked. Akshay and Mohini rush there. Aparajita holds Chhavi and says I couldn’t see her. Akshay and Mohini enter the laundry. Arjun takes Niya from there. The ambulance arrives there. Aparajita says Niya is in a worse condition. Mohini shouts to stop pretending you care, she asks the doctor to check her daughter. They both Chhavi and Niya in the ambulance. Mohini cries for Niya. Aparajita prays for them. Niya is badly burned. The ambulance takes them from there. Disha tries to start her van but is panicking. Arjun comes there and says let me drive. She says let me drive, its about my sister. Arjun says my friend’s life is in danger too.. Niya is my friend and I came here from Dubai to meet her. Arjun and Disha drive away. Dadi prays for everyone.

Scene 2
The family arrives at the hospital. The doctor says Niya is more critical. The inspector tells him to start their treatment. Aparajita starts going with Chhavi. Akshay tries to go behind her but Mohini says our daughter is on the other side so come. Aparajita hints at Akshay to go with her. He nods and goes with Mohini.

The doctor treats Chhavi while Aparajita cries for her. Disha and Asha arrive there. Aparajita hugs them and says she will be fine, don’t worry. She asks Disha to go and see Niya. I couldn’t see her when I went to get Chhavi from the laundry.

The doctor is treating Niya in the ICU but she is critical.

Dadi and Arjun pray for the kids in the mandir. Arjun cries and says Niya doesn’t even know I am here, you have to make her fine.

The inspector comes to Akshay and asks if someone was behind starting the fire? Mohini recalls how she had worked on the short circuit. Akshay says I don’t think someone deliberately did it but you should ask Aparajita when she gets time. The inspector asks if he doubts anyone? Mohini thinks I have to divert the attention. Disha comes there and asks about Niya. Akshay says her treatment is going on. The inspector tells them to inform him if they doubt anyone. Mohini says you should ask Aparajita why she left my daughter there to die. Akshay pulls her aside and says Aparajita might not have seen Niya in the fire, stop blaming her. Mohini says you never see anything wrong with Aparajita? if I had left Chhavi there then you would have thrown me out of your heart or your house but Aparajita is always right? I know her reality, she deliberately left Niya there to die right? she wanted revenge from me. Disha shouts enough.. don’t say anything about my mother. You don’t know my mother’s heart. She is with Chhavi alone but still worrying about Niya, if she had known then she would have saved Niya before Chhavi. Akshay asks her to calm down, she is stressed. Disha says Maa is stressed too but she is not blaming anyone. You know she sent me here to check up on Niya. Arjun and Dadi come there too. Disha says this a difference between Mohini and my mom. Akshay says I understand. Disha says you left my mother for this woman so you will take her side only, I don’t want to hear anything from you. She angrily leaves. Mohini says its okay, she is just like her mother. Just pray that our Niya is okay. Akshay asks the nurse about Niya but she says we are trying. She leaves from there.

Disha comes to Aparajita, Asha asks how is Niya? Disha says she is in ICU and not waking up. Aparajita says Chhavi is not waking up too. She asks the nurse why is doctor not coming here to check her? The nurse says he is checking other patients so you have to wait.

Akshay sees Arjun and says how do you know Niya? Mohini says he is from Dubai.. Niya and Arjun are good friends. Akshay says I will go and check up on Chhavi. Mohini says please don’t leave me, I need you. Akshay says I am just going across the hall.. Chhavi is my daughter too like Niya, I have to spend time with her too, he leaves from there while Mohini fumes in anger.
