Colors Naagin 4 is one of the most popular shows on the tube currently. Constantly making it to the top 10 of TRP rating charts, the show has gained immense fame after three very successful seasons. Bigg Boss 13 contestant Mahira Sharma was offered a role in the show after her stint in BB ended. Actress Rashami Desai too was offered a role and she took it up and is currently seen as Shakala in the show.
After Rashami Desai’s entry in the show, we hear that the makers have approached Mahira too. We have already reported that Akanksha Puri was approached for the character. But the actor seems to have rejected the role asdoesn’t want to do a Negative role at this moment.
Mahira confirmed the news to a leading tabloid and said, ” Yes I was approached by the creative for “Naagin “. In fact, I visited sets as well. But since I was looking for some challenging positive roles and wasn’t up for taking up a negative lead at this point in time, I opted out. I am glad my decision was taken well. Also at this time praying for global well-being and waiting to get back to respite and entertain my fans and audience, they have showered so much of love .”
Mahira was also recently seen in a music video titled Baarish opposite Paras Chhabra and there have also been reports of the two signing a punjabi film.
