Ajabde stops him. you cannot back out like this after talking to bai ji Lal. He has changed his decision. I dint promise anyone anything. She says she had done it from his side. He doesn’t mind it. Don’t take me wrong but some things here have made me realise that Bai ji Lal and I cannot be together. She reminds him how he had said that motherland is above everything for him. keep your personal feelings for Bai ji Lal aside and do this in order to save your motherland. Save Bijolia from Afghans. Does your dharma not tell you the same? He replies that he generally never changes his decisions but she tells him that their army is already weak because of the constant attacks from Afghans. We need the rest of the soldiers to safeguard Bijolia. Pratap gets thinking. I will only stay back as I think that I can trust you. She reassures him that he is taken the right decision. Afghan soldiers have come very close. This is the time to show your dedication for your motherland. This is the time to do something. Bai ji Lal will like it if he stays back. He wants her to tell Bai ji Lal that he dint stay back for Bai ji Lal but for her. I changed my decision because of you. She nods. They both look at each other for a short span of time after which they start walking in opposite directions rather awkwardly.
