Scene 1
Gurwaksh says you don’t even deserve to be the dust of Roop’s feet. Sahib says you are right. Please beat me and hit me more. After punishment every prisoner gets another chance too. Why can’t I? Please give me one chance. He keeps slapping himself. He falls down. Roop picks him up and says please stop this. Sada says stop it. This is Mahan’s palace. It is made of justice. She says Sahib is repenting on his mistake. Please forgive him. Mahan says how can I forget my sister’s bruises? SAda says how will bear her tears?
Ranjit says I want to add something too. Roop aunt has not eaten anything since yesterday. Mahan says why roop? Isn’t my love anything for you? Roop says its not like that. Your love and respect will always remain the same.

Ghulab and SAhib are mad. Sahib says Mahan and Gurwaksh have insulted us in front of everyone. You have to beat ranjit in front of everyone. you have bring my pride back. You have to become the apple of everyone’s eyes. Keep this fire alive inside you. Never let it blow. You have to avenge my insult. Start this battle from today. Ghulab says I will avenge your insult. sahib says very good. My prayers are always with you.
Sahib says Mahan you will have to pay for what you did. You are proud of your bond with gurwaksh right? Now see how I part you both. Your swords will ask for each other’s blood.
