Made for each other..(Part-26) #IMMJ2

So it was finally the day for the college fest.

Vansh had already woke up and was trying to wake up Riddhima.After much trying,he was able to wake her up.
After some time they were ready.

They had their breakfast and were about to leave when,

Pranati: Bhai!!Good morning

Vansh turned to see Pranati standing behind him.

Vansh(smiled): Good morning Pitu.

Pranati: Bhai…vo…umm…take this.

And she handed him his cards and his car keys.Vansh was looking at her in surprise.
Pranati noticed this and spoke,

Pranati: What!!..I’m just giving you these things,so that you can enjoy your fest.

Vansh: And my chocolates?

Pranati: Do you need them in your fest…no naa..so I am not returning those.

Vansh giggled and left with Riddhima after hugging Pranati.They had to pick Sufia and Angre from their homes.They reached Angre’s house.Sufia was already ready and was waiting for them there.(Guys,Sufia and Angre are neighbours and they have become really close friends like Riansh…hope you remember)…Vansh and Riddhima came inside and seated themselves.

Vansh: Isn’t he ready yet?

Sufia: Huhh..he has not even come out of his room yet.I’m sure that he would have woke up late and not even chosen his dress.

Riddhima: It’s okay Sufu…we have time.

Vansh: I’ll go and see him.

Vansh left towards his room.Angre had not yet selected his clothes.When Vansh entered the room,he was surprised to see the mess that Angre had created.He helped him select the dress.After he was ready,they came down.

Sufia was so mesmerized on seeing Angre and she started to move towards him.It was then that she bumped into Riddhima.Riddhima gave a small pat on her head.She was blushing hard which was noticed by Riddhima,but she decided to talk to Sufia later on.

Angre had just locked the door,when his phone rang.After he saw the name,he turned the phone towards Vansh,and gave ‘what to do’ look.Vansh asked him to pick the call.While talking,his expressions turned from happy to tensed.After he was done with the call,Vansh asked,

Vansh: What did they say?

Angre: Vansh,they said that we need to reach there as soon as possible.They wanna discuss something important.

When Riddhima asked about the call,he told that the investors want to discuss something important urgently.And they have asked them to reach there asap.

Angre: What will we do now Vansh?

Vansh(after thinking): We can drop Riddhu and Sufu to college and we can leave forthe office….What you say guys!

Riddhima: But Vansh,today is the first day of the fest.

Vansh: Don’t worry,we’ll try to finish the meeting as early as possible and then we can join you guys later.

Angre: Yes Vansh…this is only the best option…This deal is also important.

Sufia: Okay…but please try to come early.

Angre: Promise!!

Vangre dropped girls to the college and left for the office.

Although Riddhima and Sufia knew that the meeting was very important,but still they wanted them to be with them.But nevertheless,they would be joining later.And they were satisfied with this fact.

Riddhima and Sufia went straight to the auditorium,where the inauguration ceremony was being done.When they entered the auditorium,they saw that students were performing on the stage.After they seated themselves,they asked a friend of theirs about the activities that were done till now.She told that the Chief Guest,Mr.Yug,who was a Major General in Indian Army,had been welcomed, and the lamp lightening ceremony has been done.And now the students were giving their welcome performances as it was the first day of the fest.Members of student council,members of cultural department, had already given their performances.

Riddhima and Sufia mentally berated Vangre for taking much time at home.Becauseof them,they had to miss ceremony and some performances.Dance performance was going on at present.It was a themed dance,that was performed by the students of cultural department.After the performance was over,everyone gave a round of applause to the performers.
Now the host welcomed head and deputy head of student council for their performance.All welcomed them amidst the claps.They came and seated themselves.But there were two pair of eyes,that were shocked.Those were Riddhima and Sufia.They were super shocked by what they saw on the stage.

They were shocked to see Vansh and Angre on the stage.Sufia and Riddhima were not able to believe their eyes and were looking at each other in disbelief.But the noise of the crowd,the girls shouting Vansh and Angre’s name,made them to accept the reality.
They were angry on them for hiding this from them,and they thought to remain angry with them.

Vangre started their performance.they were singing “Besabriyaan”.(Guys here pink one is sung by Vansh,green one is sung by Angre and black one is sung by both)

The crowd went mad and started to hoot loudly while shouting yes.

The performance ended.The whole auditorium was shaking due to the hooting,claps,whistles and all.Everyone enjoyed the performance including Riddhima and Sufia.

After this Vansh and Angre came back to Riddhima and Sufia.

Vansh: So how was our surprise??

Riddhima and Sufia(in unison): Outstanding!!!Mazaa aa gya..dil khush kar diya tum dono ne.(it was too much fun.You have won our hearts)

Vansh and Angre patted each others back.Riddhima and Sufia banged their heads with their palms at their actions.All were sitting there when Principal came on the stage and requested the Chief Guest,Mr.Yug to come and address the gathering.Mr.Yug went on the stage ascorted by his guards.He started to give his speech.While he was delivering his speech,a pair of eyes was looking at him as if that person was shocked and surprised.The person was continuously looking at him.

After his speech,he declared the fest open and then he cut the ribbon at the entrance of the ground.While he was on checking on the stalls,he recieved a call.As the call was important,he went towards his car to attend it without any disturbance.All this while,he was followed by someone.

While Mr.Yug was on a conference call,he was going towards,followed by his guards,he noticed that someone was following him.He gestued his guards to go and check.One of them went ot see.He came back with a girl,pointing the end of his gun towards her.Mr.Yug went near the girl and ordered the man to lower down his gun.Although she was bit afraid,she spoke,

Girl: Go..good morning Sir.

Yug: Good morning beta…Now tell me,why were you following me?

Girl: Sir,vo…vo actually..

Just then a voice came from behind,

Person: Uncle..she’s my friend…Please let her go.

All turned to look at the person.Yug was surprised to see the person.He went near the person and hugged the person.

Yug(while hugging): Vansh,I’m so happy to see you here.

After they backed off,Vansh touched his feet and took his blessings.

Yug: God bless you beta…but Vansh I must admit,you rocked the stage as usual with your performance.

Vansh: Thank you uncle.But you were leaving without meeting us.Angre woud be so upset with you.

Yug: Vansh,how could I forget to meet you.I just came here for some important call,when guards noticed this girl,who was following me.

Vansh: It’s okay uncle….(to girl)But why were you following him Sufia.

Sufia was about to speak,when,

Voice: It was me who told her to follow him….(came a voice from behind)

All turned to look at the owner of the voice.

Guards went near that person and were about to take out their guns,when Yug spoke,

Yug: Stop….don’t you dare point guns towards her.

Yug went near the person and hugged her.

Yug: Riddhima,my bacha…It’s been so long since I saw you(and tears started to roll down his eyes)

Riddhima reciprocated.She was crying bitterly.

Riddhima: I missed you…I missed you so much,Dad.

Vansh was shocked to hear this.He literally had no idea about Riddhima being daughter of Mr.Yug Bansal.

They shared a father-daughter moment.After sometime,they stepped back.Yug wiped away her tears.Sufia had gone to Angre so that Riddhima could spend some time with her father.Riddhima noticed that Vansh was standing there in confusion.She understood what Vansh wanted to ask,as even she wanted to know how Vansh knew his dad.But before she could speak something,

Vansh: Riddhima,I’ll take a leave now.Spend some time with your dad.

Riddhima smiled.After Vansh left,Yug and Riddhima went to the room that was allotted to the chief guest.Once in the room,they settled themselves on the chairs,while the guards stood outside the room.

Yug: Riddhima,how is your mom?..And Chirag..how’s he?

Riddhima: Dad,they’d be fine.Even I haven’t met them since last month.I just went there when nani was unwell.

Yug: Thankfully,mom is fine now…I haven’t been there since months.I just came in the city yesterday.And after this function,I’ll go home.

Riddhima: Dad,you were supposed to come here but you didn’t inform me.Not only you,but mom and bhai also didn’t tell….I’m angry.(making a face)

Yug: Oh ho,my drama queen,I wanted to surprise you.So we didn’t tell you….forget about it….Anyways,since you live in the hostel.Do you have any problem here…do you need any thing? Or do you..

Riddhima: Dad…Dad..hold on.I’m perfectly fine here.Infact,I’m loving hostel life….and don’t worry…just relax.

The duo then talked about other stuff.They also video called Aakruti(Riddhima’s mom) and Chirag.The mother son duo was first surprised to see father-daughter duo together,but then they enjoyed their family time.After some time,Yug told Riddhima to go and enjoy the fest with her friends.

Yug: Riddhima,now you go to your friends and enjoy the fest.I’m in the city for few more days.Once your fest is over,we’ll go home together.

Riddhima: Done!!

Yug: But Riddhima,how are your friends??…I mean they are all good people naa.

Riddhima: Dad,first you answer my question….How did you meet Vansh?

Yug: Vansh…I actually met him at SPARKLE…his orphanage.They had organised a function for the kids and senior citizens there…He’s a very nice chap..also his friend Angre,he is also such a nice child….but why did you ask?

Riddhima: Because Vansh is my best friend…And Angre too..he is also a good friend of mine.

Yug: That’s great!!…I believe you’ll get better by being in their company…but please don’t spoil them…(chuckled)

Riddhima(making a face): Dadd!!..Are you my dad or his?

Yug takes her into a hug and kisses her forehead.

Yug: Love you princess!!

Riddhima(hugging back): Love you so so much dad.

After a while,Riddhima left and went to her friends,while Yug went to the Principal office.After meeting him,he left.
