Made for each other..(Part-22) #IMMJ2

They reached the classroom.But to their bad luck,professor had already come.Seeing them at the door,professor spoke,

Professor: I know that Riddhima has a habit of being late,but Vansh you..,you also joined her in her mischiefs.

Riansh(in unison): We are sorry sir.

They looked at each other and giggled.

Professor: Come in both you and settle down yourself.

They looked around the class to find any empty desk.There were two students who were sitting alone.Riddhima and Vansh went towards one of them and requested if he could vacant the seat.After the boy left,they sat down.The professor had already started the topic.

Riddhima(whispered to Vansh): Vansh,see….because of you I got scoldings from sir.

Vansh(surprised): What!!..I should be the one saying this….huhh…ek bhole-bhaale bache ko bigaad diya tumne(you have spoiled an innocent child.)

Riddhima: Acha ji(really?)…bhola bhaala bacha(innocent child)…..concentrate now(firmly).

They started taking notes of topic that was taught by the professor.The topic was finished,but there were still 20 minutes left for the class to get over.The professor addressed the students.

Professor: So class…as the topic is over,I would like to announce something.Actually there are two announcements….but one is good,and another is bad….so y’all decide which one you wanna hear first.

Some students spoke “good one”,whereas rest spoke “bad one”..

Professor: Umm…okay..I’ll speak the bad news first…So students,as y’all know it’s already been 3 months,since your classes started…So now after 2 months,you will be having your MSTs…Be prepared.

The class started to make noise.There were mixed reactions.Some were happy while some were sad.Some freaked out,while some just ignored the announcement….The professor continued,

Professor: And,the good news is…that after 1 month,college fest “RAINBOW” will be organised.So those who want to participate,can give their names to the HOD of culture department,till the end of this week.

Professor left.The students started shouting in excitement.Some already started planning for their performances.Meanwhile,our Riansh also started to discuss their plans for the fest.

Riddhima(excitedly): Vansh,it’s my first fest here.I’m so excited…

Vansh: Yeah…your excitement is clearly visible in your eyes.

Riddhima: I have heard a lot about “RAINBOW”…hey,had you taken part in any activity…or as usual you were being your usual self,Mr.Bore.

Vansh: Wait…you think that I’m a bore…huhh…you are mistaken Ms.Bansal…For your kind information,I participated in singing competition,and I had won it.(proudly)

Riddhima: Ohhh…really!..huhh…leave it.What are your plans for this year….but wait…why am I even asking..actually…it will be me,who’ll make plans…so..

Vansh(interrupted): what!!…you mean,you’ll decide everything.

Riddhima: Yes!!…for the first time,you are right.. Mr.Raisinghania.

Vansh(murmers): Yaar ye kahaan phass gya mein(dude,where I am struck).

Riddhima: Did you just say something?

Vansh: no,no..never.

Riddhima(confused): umm…Vansh…you know everything about the fest….so just pen down the categories for participation.

With a heavy heart,Vansh agreed to write.After he had finished,he handed over the sheet to Riddhima.After she had read,she spoke,

Riddhima: Vansh…(naughty smile)..let’s take part in all of these.

Vansh(surprised): What!!!Riddhima,are you out of your mind….How can you even think of something so stupid..And..if it’s a joke,then trust me,it’s a very lame joke ….. ohh wait… how can I forget this…you are Riddhima Bansal..the empress of PJs.

Riddhima: Vansh stop it…I’m serious.

Vansh: Wait…You are serious???…and all these days,I thought that you are Riddhima.

Riddhima: Ha ha ha…very funny!…you know what…if I’m the empress of PJs..then you are the emperor.

They continued their nok-jhok.At last,Riddhima gave up.

Riddhima: Hey bhagwaan,kis bewakoof ke saath paala pada hai(Oh lord,the one I’m struck with,is such a fool)….Vansh for the last time I’m saying that if you don’t listen to
me,then…then..

Vansh: Then what?

Riddhima: Then..I’ll…I’ll…do nothing yaar….Vansh please agree…please please please (making puppy face).

Vansh(giving up): But is it allowed…I mean,can we take part in multiple items?

Riddhima: Yesss!!!!(very happy and excited)…You don’t worry about it…I’ll ask Mehta Sir.

Riddhima was really very happy.And in her happiness,she didn’t realise that she had hugged Vansh.Vansh was shocked at first,but then he patted Riddhima’s head to bring her back to senses.After breaking the hug,she immediately ran out.

Riddhima’s POV:

I was so happy when he agreed.And I didn’t realise that I had hugged him…But during the hug,it felt so peaceful when I was in his arms.His woodsy colonge had enveloped me.But then I felt someone patting my head.I looked up.God…I had hugged him…I immediately stepped back.I wanted to apologise,but my mind was not agreeing for it.Before he could ask something,I came out as fast as possible…Really!!I was a big fool to hug someone like this..But he…he is not someone…he is….why didn’t I feel awkward when I hugged him….is it because we are friends or something else.

Vansh’s POV:

She was so excited when I agreed to her demand.Her cheeks turned red as she smiled.But before I could complement her,I felt someone hugging me.I looked at the person.It was Riddhima.I was shocked…God..she’d hugged me.I wanted to hug her back,but I controlled my emotions.So before,I could loose the battle between my brain and my mind,I gave a pat on her head.She realised the situation and immediately stepped back.I so desperately wanted to hug her back,but couldn’t.But before I could speak,she ran
away…wait..I saw her blushing….yes she blushed…She looks really cute when she blushes…I wanted to run after her,but fortunately I controlled….but why am I feeling
attracted towards her.Is it infatuation or….
