Recap: In the letter,Vansh asked Riddhima to either come at basketball court or leave a chit at his desk.
8:45 pm.
Vansh had already reached basketball court.He went upto the corner seat and settled himself down.He was looking at his watch and was waiting for Riddhima.Fifteen minutes passed,but yet she had not come.
It was now 9:25.He hoped that maybe she’ll come at 9:30,as mentioned in the letter.
But when next twenty minutes passed,he started getting negative vibes.His heart started to sink.He at once felt that she would not come.
But he gathered some courage and kept waiting.It was 10:30…but still she was nowhere to be seen.Vansh was shattered.
Vansh(thinking): ……………….(he was thoughtless.)
Vansh was not able to believe that Riddhima didn’t come.He now doubted that whether she ‘d have read the letter or not.But he still hoped her to come.But the real fact was that she had not come.
How dearly and excitedly he had waited for her,hoping that she would come and then he’ll ask for her forgiveness.
But now it was almost 1:00.He had lost the hope.He had believed that she would not be coming.He then sat on the corner seat and wrapped his jacket around himself.He slept.
5:30am
Vansh woke up and was surprised to find himself covered with shawl.He found a note stuck to the chair in front of him.It read “Be in the classroom before 6:30 am”.
Vansh(to himself): Who could have given this shawl on me…and this note..maybe Riddhima…Only she’s the one who knew that I was here at the basketball court….but why didn’t she meet me,when I was waiting for her…..well…maybe because she don’t wanna forgive me…No matter what,I’ll definitely confront her today…so let’s meet her there.
He was happy and satisfied with the fact that although Riddhima was angry,but she still cared for him.He then left for the hostel.He stood in front of Angre’s room and knocked at the door.But no one opened the door.When he himself tried to open the door,it opened as it was unlocked.When he entered,no one was present in the room.He wondered where could Angre go without locking the door.He noticed that Angre’s phone was also missing.When he dialed his number,he got to know that Angre had gone out for morning walk.
Vansh,then freshened up and left for college.
6:30 am
Vansh had already reached the college.There was no one except the workers.He immediately went to the classroom.Upon reaching his desk,he found a piece of paper,with “sorry” written on it.
At once he was shattered.Athough Riddhima hadn’t come to meet him,but in his heart,he knew that she would forgive him.At that time,he had pacified his heart by saying that she must’ve not read the letter.But now it was crystal clear that she had read the letter and she didn’t wish to forgive him.
He was completely broken.He still was not able to believe that this chit was kept by Riddhima.He then again checked the chit to match the handwriting,but to his utter surprise,it was written by Riddhima.
But before he could think of something else,he noticed that,at the corner,something was written.It read “turn the page”.
When he turned the page,he saw that there was something written on the other side,which read “Guess this to reach me….I am clean when I’m black but dirty when white…..guess and reach.”
Vansh tried to guess.But due to his state of mind,he couldn’t think of anything.But he tried hard.He looked around the class to get a hint.Then his sight fell upon something.He went there and found the chit at its corner….(vaise did you guys guess or not)…he smiled looking at the blackboard(so yes,the answer was blackboard).
He read what was written on it.It read “Mr.Vansh Raisinghania what you thought,I’ll forgive you so easily….never “. Again at the bottom was written “turn the chit”.
Upon turning it,he came across another riddle that read “This body has no ears,no tongue,no skin…Because it has no skin,so don’t get tanned..Tickling doesn’t work on him…Because it’s only made of bones..” .The last line was the clue that he needed and then he ran towards the biology lab.He went and stood in front of skeleton(so the answer is skeleton).He noticed the chit stuck on the glass near the skeleton.
He immediately took it.It read “I’m not gonna forgive you so soon.But if you reach me,then I can think of forgiving you.” Again he found “Turn the chit” written at bottom.When he turned,he read another riddle. ” Before google,we actually look up for things in the place which had immense silence but still spoke a lot……and there you have to find this….What is black and white and read all over the world.”
He thought and thought but was unable to guess it.Finally he took out his phone and was about to type the riddle,when his gaze fell upon the another chit hanging there.
He took it.It read “Mr.Raisinghania,atleast be honest in this game.Keep your phone in your pocket….”...At first he smiled.Then he still started to type,when he noticed that something was written on the backside of the chit.He read ” you better put it back in your pocket or never show your face to me again…huhh”.
Now he immediately put it in his pocket.But he was happy as he didn’t expect that Riddhima would know him so much.
He concentrated to find the answer for the riddle.He then started to move.He was moving and thinking about the answer.He didn’t notice that when he came to another block.He could see library from the distance.Then he immediately related the riddle to library.His lips curved into smile.He immediately rushed to the library.
But the next part of riddle was confusing him.As it could be any book.
But he didn’t lose hope.He then paid attention to the last three words…
Then it finally struck his mind.He quickly went near the newspaper stand.He then saw the chit hanging there.He immediately plucked it and read.“Not bad Vansh…but let’s see whether I forgive you or not.”..Again he found..“turn the chit”…On the other side of it,he found” Go to the place where we first met.”
He thought that whether she was talking about the basketball court or in front of main gate.But then he immediately ran towards basketball court.He went near the table where he had prepared the surprise for Riddhima.He saw a chit kept there.He hurriedly picked it up.It read” So finally you have reached here.Proud of you.”Then he again looked at the bottom.It was written “turn”…(“not again”…he thought)..but when he turned the chit,he found a note that read “Stupid,read carefully.It’s ‘turn’,not ‘turn the chit’….this means you are one who has to turn…Now turn”
When he turned,he saw Riddhima standing there and smiling.They both started moving towards each other.Riddhima stood in front of him and said,
Riddhima: I knew it!(smirks)
Vansh: What?
Riddhima: That instead of turning yourself,you’ll turn the chit.(giggled)…by the way,how was it?
Vansh: You and your antics….leave the rest! Just tell,did you forgive me?
Riddhima: Who said that I’ll forgive you so easily!
Vansh’s face became dull.He had hoped that after all this Riddhima would forgive him.But now there seemed no possibility.He was about to go,when Riddhima held him from his wrist and stopped him.Vansh turned his face towards Riddhima,who spoke,
Riddhima: Vansh,where are you going?Atleast listen what I wanna say….I wanted to say that I won’t forgive you until you promise me that you will hide anything from me….
Vansh now looked shockingly at Riddhima.
Riddhima(continued): Vansh I know I am just your best friend…and I don’t have any right to..
But before she could complete,Vansh husshed her by placing his finger on her lips.His fingers didn’t touch her lips,but it was enough to make her quiet.He spoke,
Vansh: Never say that you don’t have any right over me.Riddhima you are more than a bff for me.
Riddhima: Okay! But do you promise that you won’t hide anything from me.
Vansh was quiet for sometime.He didn’t speak anyhting but was lost in his own thoughts.But when Riddhima asked again he said,
Vansh: Riddhima…I..I wanna promise,but..
Riddhima: But what Vansh?
Vansh : Riddhima,actually..I…I…okay I’ll tell you..(closing his eyes)..So Riddhima … there was one lie that I told you..and that’s cleared now…but..I have two secrets.Out of these one is known by Ishani di and Angre.And other one is known only by Angre….For now I can tell you this only…But I promise I would definitely tell you these when right time comes…but not now….But you’ll have to promise that you won’t be angry when I reveal my secrets to you.
Riddhima: But before that open your eyes…(Vansh opened his eyes)..I promise I won’t be angry.
Vansh took a sigh of relief.They smiled looking at each other.Then suddenly Vansh remembered something.
Vansh: Riddhima,I know that you had come here yesterday..but tell me when did you come?
Riddhima: I had come at 8:55pm.I hid myself….And when you slept I gave a shawl over you and I also slept.
Vansh: Wait…you slept here?
Riddhima(looking at floor): Umm..Yes
Vansh: Had you gone nuts…what if you fell sick?
Riddhima: But I didn’t fell sick….and Vansh you slept here and expect me to sleep in my room…You slept here because of me…I couldn’t see you suffering..but yes,I had to also disturb you with my antics,so I didn’t show up at night.
Vansh: and don’t worry I’ll return your shawl today.
Riddhima: No worries…by the way Vansh what was your plan if I’d have come yesterday.
Vansh: Why shall I tell you? What if in future you get angry,then I should have a plan to convince you.
Riddhima(making angry face): Then I am angry now…now you can convince me with your plan.
Vansh gave a pat on her head and smiled.Riddhima too smiled.
Vansh: See..I convinced you…you are no longer angry.(winks)
Riddhima was left speechless.Vansh understood this and took Riddhima to classsroom.They reached the classroom.But while they were going,Vansh asked,
Vansh: Riddhima I have two doubts.First why were you angry with Sufia and second that what did you do with the letters?
Riddhima(angry): Yes..I remember now..what the hell were you doing with Sufia.Talking,laughing and even holding hands…what was all that? How could you forget that I and only I am your best friend.
Vansh(surprised): Riddhima..Riddhima,control yaar control…what happened to you?…Wait….are you jealous?..Wohoo Riddhima Bansal is jealous…breaking news.
Riddhima: Shut up..
Vansh: Riddhima calm down…she was just helping me in convincing you…those letters were put in your bag by Sufia….We were just discussing that how she’ll put the letters in your bag.And then she shared a story of her cousin that was funny..so that’s why we laughed….And for holding hands..we were just joining hands as a team for our mission,MissionRiddhhima.
Riddhima now felt embarrassed for her behaviour ,which was noticed by Vansh.
Vansh: Don’t worry Riddhu,she is a nice girl..she’ll forgive you…And yes…no need to feel insecure.No one..I repeat,no one can take your place in my life.So relax….But now tell me about the letters.
Riddhima told Vansh about the letters.Listening to this his expressions changed.

Riddhima going out after reading the letter.After sometime,she comes back.She looks at Vansh’s letter.She then take a blank paper.She writes her feeling on it.
“I am not angry.I am just upset…My best friend this did this to me..It was so unexpected that I didn’t realise my own actions.I know that you really care for me..but I need some time to come over it.
I’m sorry but still I get forgive you right away…I’m sorry”
She then folds the paper and threw it out of the window…
And then when Vansh sent second letter,she decided to pull his leg.She took the paper and scribbled down her feelings,after which she again threw it out of the window………..FB ENDS]
Riddhima: This is my way of gettting rid of negative feelings….And don’t worry about your letters.They are kept safely in my cupboard.
Vansh smiled.
As college was about to start, they left for the class.Riddhima saw Sufia,sitting with Anu.She went upto them and apologised for her behaviour.Then after they attended the lecture and they together left for the cafeteria.They had some fun together and after attending remaining lectures,they left for their respective homes.
