The episode starts with Vaiju leaving Ranvijay after breaking all ties with the Moide Patil family. Ranvijay tries to stop her, but Vaiju firmly tells him that he has lost the right to do so since their relationship is now over. She says she cannot stay in a house where a father snatched a son away from his mother. Calling Ranvijay a defeated father, she tells him that if she crosses the house’s threshold, she will never return. Ranvijay angrily responds that she shouldn’t even think of coming back, to which Vaiju says she won’t even look back at the house.
Vaiju informs everyone that she is only taking Vayu’s clothes and Nandi Maharaj with her, leaving behind all the memories. Everyone is left teary-eyed. Vaiju and Ranvijay both cry thinking of Vayu. Ranvijay pulls out Vaiju’s clothes from the wardrobe and laments why she doesn’t understand him. Meanwhile, Vaiju clutches Vayu’s clothes and weeps. Both recall their shared moments. Vaiju boards a bus heading to Jhumri Patan.
Soon after, the passengers on the bus are informed that the brakes have failed. The bus is shown speeding uncontrollably towards a cliff. Amid the chaos, Vaiju closes her eyes in fear as the bus falls off the cliff.
Back at home, Jaya approaches Ranvijay, but he regretfully admits that he made a big mistake by letting Vaiju go and vows to bring her back. Vasundhara, on the other hand, packs Vaiju’s belongings and declares that no one in the house should take her name anymore, blaming Vaiju’s stubbornness for her departure. Just then, Arhaan rushes in to inform the family that the news is reporting a bus heading to Jhumri Patan has fallen off a cliff, resulting in 20 fatalities.
Jaya immediately calls Ranvijay to inform him, leaving him in shock. He remembers Vaiju’s words and rushes to the accident site, where he finds Vaiju’s name listed among the passengers. Frantic, he searches for her but finds no clear information. The police advise him to check among the unidentified bodies. Terrified, Ranvijay begins searching but doesn’t recognize any of the bodies. The police show him some belongings recovered from the accident, and he is shocked to see Vaiju’s mangalsutra among them. One of the bodies is dressed in a saree similar to Vaiju’s, but the face is completely unrecognizable. Assuming it to be her, Ranvijay believes Vaiju is dead and is shattered.
Meanwhile, Vaiju is shown lying unconscious, having survived the accident. Some villagers rescue her and take her to a nearby hospital. When she gains consciousness, the doctor informs her that she is pregnant. The doctor assures her that both she and the baby are healthy. Overwhelmed with emotion, Vaiju thanks God for this blessing. She decides, however, that she will not let Ranvijay know about her second baby. Ranvijay cries. Vaiju says she will keep her pregnancy a secret from Ranvijay.
A short leap is seen. Vayu and Vaani meet.

Okay I’m confused. Like how can Vaiju be pregnant again so soon? I feel like the makers are trying to copy the track of ghkkpm where ml adopts a son and the family forces him to marry Jaya to be the sons mother. I’m confident that the makers will later on show that the adopted son is actually Vayu and he survived the fall
Cause on itv people can get pregnant by looking in each others eyes… usually the doc will tell you to let your wife heal first but it seems on itv women are right breeding machines, Vaiju popped out on and was ready immediately to bake the other. I know this piss poor family who slept in one room and the wife kept having kids until her 50s…. 22 uneducated children
