The Episode starts with Vaiju misunderstanding that Ranvijay did not search for her, while Ranvijay feels that Vaiju never looked for him even though she was alive. A flashback reveals a heartbroken Ranvijay crying for Vaiju while drunk. Vasundhara comforts him, mentioning that it’s been a month since Vaiju’s disappearance, but Ranvijay continues punishing himself. He wonders who Vani is and why she refers to Vaiju as “Aai.” Vaiju, reflecting on the past when Vani was just two months old, decides she is strong enough to handle everything on her own and will ensure Vani never feels the absence of her father.

Jaya grows anxious, trying to call Ranvijay, and tells Vasundhara that something feels off. When Ranvijay finally answers, he claims network issues. Jaya asks about Vayu’s treatment, and Ranvijay, in a slip, mentions Vaiju’s name but quickly corrects himself and ends the call. Vasundhara asks Jaya if Ranvijay mentioned Vaiju, and Jaya suspects he’s hiding something, recalling how he had once lied to her about Vaiju. She feels as if history is repeating itself.

Vasundhara suggests Jaya calm down and have some water. She reminds her that Ranvijay had suffered greatly because of Vaiju and had nearly lost himself, only learning to live again after adopting Vayu. Flashbacks show Ranvijay donating a large sum to an orphanage, where he first saw baby Vayu and decided to adopt him as his own. Jaya, however, feels that Ranvijay is revisiting old pain. Ranvijay finds Vayu upset and apologizes for his earlier behavior, telling him that he’s sorry for taking his smile away. He offers Vayu food, but Vayu refuses, saying he’s been feeling better due to a remedy given by his “fighter aunty.” He admits he feels stronger around her. Ranvijay, determined to secure a better future for Vayu, decides not to let his past interfere. However, Vayu secretly packs his bag and leaves to meet Vaiju for his treatment. Ranvijay is shocked when he realizes Vayu is missing.

Flashback reveals that when Ranvijay wanted to adopt Vayu, the orphanage insisted he have a wife so the child could have both parents. Vasundhara urges Jaya to marry Ranvijay, but Ranvijay insists that no one can replace Vaiju in his life. Eventually, Vasundhara convinces them to adopt Vayu as their son. Meanwhile, Vaiju and Vani are in darkness due to a power cut, and as Vaiju lights a lantern, they notice a shadow. They realize it’s Vayu, with Vani smiling upon seeing him, while Vaiju is left stunned.
