He says you can’t leave Ayodhya, Ram will break down. Sita says that’s why I have called you, your devotion will give him strength, you just see the Raghukul flag, its a symbol of Raghukul’s pride, never let this break down.

Ram says you should praise when a war is won, today Ayodhya has lost a big battle, a woman is leaving her house, its wrong thinking to sing praises for this. He talks of women rights.

He says I feel the nature is also against the women, that’s why even sun becomes a witness until it gets dark, but I don’t need any proof for Sita’s purity, she will always be pure in my eyes, I didn’t end my relation with her, she has taken this decision to keep a woman’s esteem, I m supporting her as her husband, its imp to change this thinking, I will serve the Praja as a king, but I will live the same life as his wife spends in the exile, Sita won’t return until Ayodhya’s men don’t give the deserved respect to their wives. He says don’t call me Maryada Purushottam, since Sita is leaving Ayodhya now. Everyone cries.

Ram says Sita should be praised, not Ram. The poor lady chants Siya and Ram’s name. Sita cries and leaves in the chariot. Ram cries. Laxman takes Sita to the jungle. Vaidehi….plays…. He says I can’t leave you alone, this place isn’t safe. Sita says Ram has commanded you to leave me in the jungle, not any safe place. Laxman says I remember the king’s command, but a son can’t leave his mum alone in the jungle. She asks why does a woman have to see her dad, husband and son for her safety, I have taken the decision and will make a way. He asks in this state when you are carrying a child. She says I know how to protect her child, I will do my duty of a mum, you keep a duty of a minister. She goes to step down on the ground.

Laxman gives her slippers. He says its a minister’s duty, but I have to do a son’s duty also. He asks Sita not to snatch his rights. He cries. His tear falls on her foot. She goes. He touches the soil. She asks him to leave, since she has left everything. Ram is upset. He says I m burdened by the Rajya crown, I m not with my wife, Sita chose her goals alone, but its tough to find a path alone. Sita walks around in the jungle. She recalls Ram’s words. She cries. Ram gets restless. Laxman comes back to the palace and says I have fulfilled the king’s order. Ram cries.

Laxman says I have given Sita’s sacrifice for your pride and prestige, I left my mum alone in the dark jungle. Sita gets to hear the wild animals’ cry at night. She gets surrounded by many wolves. She holds her womb.
