[priyanka was talking with her colleagues they were saying that raghav is little rude and strict and asks how can she assist him she answers]
Priyanka:[no one notices that raghav is standing behind them]he is not rude or strict he just wants everybody to their best and so he gives them a push[she takes a sip of coffee]
Kirti:[kirti keeps her cup down and says]i don’t know how you handle him i mean it’s okay he pushes everybody else because he wants us to do our best but you are doing your best and still he neither appreciates you nor compliments you[priyanka cuts her in between]
Priyanka:i do my job because i love it and i don’t need anyone’s compliment or appreciation to do it better way[she looks at watch and says]i gotta leave now okay see you later[she waves bye and leaves from there]
Raghav:[to himself]why was ms.oberoi defending me?[he leaves from there to his cabin]
RAGHAV’S CABIN
Priyanka:[raghav was reading a file priyanka knocks at door]may i come in sir[raghav looks up and nods yes she enters and stands in front of him]sir actually today’s all meetings are done so can have lunch at home that’s all sir[she was about to leave he stops her]
Raghav:ms.oberoi[she turns sideways to listen to him he gets up from his chair and sits on one corner of table]why did you said that i’m not rude and strict i mean i not polite to you i don’t even remember that i have ever talked you in way that you are used to hear[priyanka gives a small smile]
Priyanka:[she turns completely to face him]sir because you are not rude and as far as talking politely goes you let me work here as your assistant i think that way too polite for a lady who is daughter of your father’s murderer,isn’t it?[raghav stares at her blankly he didn’t understand how is she so understanding and sensitive]
Raghav:[he gets up from the table and says]as far i know,you are not tej singh oberoi’s daughter to me you are my sister’s friend and my assistant and i would really be glad to have a friend like you[he forwards his hand and priyanka accepts gladly]

[everyone from oberoi family was present there except priyanka.ranveer and kamini were also present shivaay had called commissioner to arrest both of them and he asked omkara to get divorce papers from priyanka which she had signed already and also health reports that prove her mentally stable]
Shivaay:[he keeps divorce papers on table and says]sign them before you get arrested and please don’t create any new scene i have all the proves to get you arrested so just finish this please[ranveer and kamini at first act innocent but ranveer breaks]
Ranveer:[he keeps condition to sign]i will sign divorce papers just let me walk free[kamini looks at him shocked]i don’t care what you do with her[he looks at kamini and says]a tolerated you a lot[he looks at shivaay and says]do you accept it?[he nods in yes everyone else was shocked but didn’t utter a word]okay then i will sign[he signs the paper and turns around]
Shivaay:[as he turns around constable puts cuffs on his hands]you really thought that i will just let you walk away after what you did with my sister[he goes close to ranveer]no i won’t be that easy on you[he slaps him]well you are gonna make really good company[he looks at kamini whose hands are already cuffed]for your so called mother[ranveer was really angry because shivaay slapped him]
Ranveer:[he shouted on shivaay]she your mother not mine[and this shook from head to toe] you hate people who doesn’t have any lineage or bloodline but you should check of yourself first you may be an oberoi heir but you have her[he looks at kamini]blood running through your veins[pinky couldn’t stand quiet]
Pinky:[takes a step forward]what nonsense stop it shivaay is my son my pride don’t even think this rubbish about him[kamini thinks that if she is going to jail she will give oberoi’s a reason to remember her]

Dadi:[she looks at pinky with anger]pinky he is asking you something answer him[she tells him that he is not her son and she used that secret to get anika out of his life and she continued crying]
Pinky:[she kept hand on his shoulder]shivaay i wanted what’s best for you please i am sorry forgive me please shivaay[he steps back and says]
Shivaay:why did you do all this?didn’t you knew i loved her more than my life?[pinky was going on crying]i guess people are right i step mother can never love you like a birth mother[pinky cries more shivaay leaves to his room]
Dadi:[she goes close to pinky keeps her hand on pinky’s cheek]pinky you did a mistake and i understand as mother it is difficult but what you did with anika was wrong you shouldn’t have done that have faith shivaay won’t stay angry for long[with that everyone leaves even pinky]
SHIVAAY’S ROOM
[omkara and rudra entered room and saw everything messed up every breakable thing broken mirror was shattered to pieces as so was shivaay he was sitting on his knees face down]
Omkara and rudra:[he and rudra goes near shivaay sits on their knees and just says]bhai [shivaay hugs omkara tightly and rudra joins from shivaay’s back and they all had tears in their eyes]
Omkara:[he says without breaking the hug]shivaay it doesn’t matter to us we are still brothers and we will always be[he breaks hug and make him stand]
Rudra:[he keeps his hand on shivaay’s shoulder and says]this make no difference in us or our family because if this does then kamini will win and we won’t let that happen will we bhaiya [shivaay nods in no]
Omkara:[he keeps his hand on other shivaay’s shoulder]then forgive choti maa[shivaay glares at him] shivaay you are seeing what she has done wrong but try to see what she has done right she raised you like her own son she loves you more than anything else she did whatever she did because she didn’t wanted to lose you to anyone not even to anika but that doesn’t makes her bad shivaay every mother is possessive and that is there right the moment their sons are born and what do you think kamini would have made good mother[he removes his hand from shivaay’s shoulder and says]just try to talk to her[shivaay leaves from there to pinky’s room]
PINKY’S ROOM
[shivaay entered and saw pinky sitting on bed crying he goes near her and says]
Shivaay:[he sits on his knees and says]i am sorry mom i shouldn’t have said all that so what that you didn’t gave birth to me but you were always there for me when i couldn’t take care of myself you were there you were always there so what if kamini gave birth to me you are my mother and you always will be[she hugs him and cries]
Pinky:[she releases hug and says]shivaay i am really sorry i didn’t mean to hurt you[shivaay cuts her in between]
Shivaay:mom you have to understand one thing if you ask me to give my life i will give it without a word but anika is my soul and if you ask me to leave me my soul all i will be is a lifeless body[he keeps his hand on her cheek and says]please i am not saying that i don’t love anika more than you but a also don’t love her less than you[she smiles at him and says]
Pinky:just for you i will try to accept her[shivaay hugs pinky and in mind he says to himself “i just hope that anika accepts me”]
[shivaay leaves from there to meet anika he asks omkara to get her location from gauri but not to tell her reason]

PARKING LOT
[anika comes to her car and see shivaay standing in front of her car]
Anika:[she looks at him as if she is seeing him for first time and says]mister please step aside i want to get my car out
Shivaay:[he stepped closer to anika and said]anika you have every reason to be angry and upset with me i did all kinds of mistake i know that and my biggest was that i let you go didn’t even try to understand but i accept that i did all those mistakes and i sorry for every single one of them you can punish me shout at me all you want but please come back to me please[his eyes became wet]
Anika:[her eyes were emotionless]why are you saying sorry to me i am not angry or upset with [shivaay gets happy and smiles]
Shivaay:[his smile becomes broader]are you serious
Anika:[she looks at him folds her hands and says with attitude]mr.oberoi we become upset with people who we love or people from whom we expect something and i don’t even know you why would i expect anything from you[shivaay was stunned]
Shivaay:[he steps back and says]but you love me
Anika:[she releases folds of her hand and says with anger]look mr.oberoi you are wasting my time as well as yours i said i don’t know you then why would i ever love you[she keeps hand on his shoulder and slightly pushes him aside she sits in car even without looking back shivaay he was still in way but she still drives the car shivaay moves side and saves himself]

OUTHOUSE
[raghav,gauri,anika and priyanka were sitting together and celebrating priyanka’s divorce]
Priyanka:[she was sitting between anika and gauri]i am sorry anika di bhaiya got to know everything related to his birth[she cuts priyanka in between]
Anika:[she looks down and says]priyanka now i don’t care that he knows or not because he will never understand[she looks up and says]just leave this things you got what you want now you should be happy[gauri’s phone rings]
Gauri:[she see’s omkara’s name on screen and says]i have to take this one
Omkara:[on other end of call]is prinku happy[gauri says yes he says]at least she got what she wanted but shivaay had fall on his face[gauri got confused]
Gauri:[she got up from her place and went by the window to talk]what do you mean[omkara thinks there no harm in telling gauri and he tells everything that happened between shivaay and anika in parking lot she gets angry]om you used me to get di’s location that is very bad if you would have asked me nicely even then i would have helped you but you i don’t want to talk to you
Omkara:[she cuts the call before he could even say a word he says to himself]why am i feeling bad if gauri is angry with me
