Lawyer gave the papers to sanskar..

Sa : thank u sir

La : but mr.maheshwari this is just a papers we can submit this in court but u need to say a strong a reason for ur divorce…

Sanskar nods..

La : but mr.maheshwari can i know the reason please…bcz yesterday only u get married..

Sa : ur work finished now u can go..mr.wahela

Saying so sanskar getup and forwarded his hands. Lawyer shakes his hand and leaves from there..

At night.in mm
At swasan room..

From evening itself sanskar was trying to speak with swara but all the time she was ignoring him..after dinner sanskar went to his room..then after completing all kitchen works swara goes to her room..she saw sanskar was sitting in the bed but she ignores him and went near cupboard.she was about to open the cupboard but before that two powerful arms caught her and pins her to the cupboard.*-p hehee i know u all must be correct it was our hero only..

Sa : why are u doing this swara..

Sw : why u did that sanskar…

Sa : what i did mrs.maheshwari..

Sw : this is the thing sanskar..i dont want to be mrs.maheshwari but dont have any problem with this…i think u r enjoying this realation ship..i dont think that u will be this much cheap…u know na sanskar i only love sahil…and will love him forever..i know he left me..but i cant forgot him…

This is it for sanskar..he was fully broken..he leaves her..swara was crying like anything he wants to wipe her tears but he cant the word “i will love sahil forever” again came in his mind..he clutches his fist and went to the table and takes the papers from his bag..came to swara and gives it to her…a lone tear escapes from sanskar’s eyes…

Sa : swara here is the divorce papers i already signed in this..u sigh this and i ll submit this papers at court 2mrw..then hearing will be after 3 days..

Swara looks at sanskar who is standing there like a emotionaless creature…

Sw : i m…i m sorry sanskar i really didnt meant to hurt u..but i cant live in this relationship..i cant forgot sahil..please understand…

Sa : anything for u swara…

Sw : thank u soo much sanskar…

Saying so he hugs sanskar..he didnt repropriate..he was smiling sadly..after that swasan went to sleep as always swara dozed but our sanskar he was crying silently…

Then at the morning swara signs the papers and sanskar submits it in court..then three days passes…the hearing day came..swasan lied to ap&dp as they are going to shopping..and left to the court..

In court, counciling room

Swasan was sitting infront of a lady justice..

Ju : hello mr & mrs. Maheshwari.

Swasan : hello mam..

Ju : when did u guys get married…

San : 5 days before..

Ju : i think u guys came to wrong address this is court..here we will give divorce not honeymoon packages…

Sw : mam please…we wanna divorce…

Ju : are u both agree with this..

Swasan nods

Ju : but i cant give u divorce..bcz r just married..ok if so we need a strong reason to give u divorce…tell me there is any rwason..y u wanna divorce…

Swasan was silent

Ju : than thank u mr & mrs. Maheshwari i cant give u divorce..u need to live together for 6 months if then also u both have any problem..then i ll give u divorce..

Sw : mam but i dont want this realatinship…

Ju : but y…

San : mam i cant became a father…he closes his eyes and takes a breath…

San : yes mam i cant give her happiness..i have a problem…

Swara and justice was looking at sanskar with shock then justice sign the papers..

Ju : u can collect the papers after a week then u both are divorcees….

Then swasan came out of the court..

At parking lot

Sw : why u say like that…

San : whatt…

Sw : wo…that u cant became a father.that is not true na..

San : if so then what is ur problem in that…

Sw :

San : u finally get what u want..then now what is ur problem..

Sw : sanskar why are u speaking like this..

San : i m like this only..and this is not ur problem u r no one to me ok…mind it…

Saying so sanskar get in the car…

San : come ..im getting late i dont have time to waste with u..

Swara then getin the car and starts to cry..sanskar was fully shattered inside he was driving very fastly…swara was scared but he was not going to stop they reach mm…swara getout the car..as soon as she get down he drives the car from there…swara wipes her tears and went inside…
