Chapter 46 (An accident or a plan?)

Sarna mansion
Twinj room
“Aww..You look so cute”, said Twinkle pulling Kunj’s cheek. Kunj made a disgusted face and said, “Don’t touch me.” “Mr. Sarna, you look really hot when you’re angry”, said Twinkle. Kunj arched his eyebrow and looked at Twinkle. “Really?”, he asked. Twinkle smiled and nodded her head in a yes. Kunj moved closer to her and sensually moved his finger on her face. He moved closer to her and kissed her forehead. He was about to kiss her cheeks when they heard someone screaming. Twinkle pushed Kunj away and said, “Isn’t that Kavya’s voice? What happened to her?” Twinkle and Kunj got up from the bed and walked out of the room.

Staircase
“Kavya!”, shouted Nikita. “Di, what happened?”, asked Twinkle and Kunj. Nikita climbed down the stairs and picked up Kavya on her lap who was fallen unconscious on the stairs. “Kunj, Kavya”, cried Twinkle. Twinkle started climbing down the stairs. She was about to fall when Kunj held her and said, “Twinkle, be careful.” Twinkle and Kunj quickly climbed down the stairs while the others came there. “Nikita di”, said Kunj placing her hand on her shoulder. “Kunj, please let’s take Kavya to the hospital. She has a lot of bleeding”, said Nikita. “Ya di, come”, replied Kunj. Everyone walked towards the car and quickly drove away to the hospital.

Hospital
Kavya was taken to the Operation Theatre while everyone waited outside. “Twinkle, what happened all of a sudden. Everything was going on so nicely”, said Nikita crying. “Nothing will happen to Kavya di. Everything will be fine”, replied Twinkle consoling Nikita. “You’ve to remain strong for Kavya”, added Twinkle. Nikita wiped her tears and said, “Yes, I’ve to be strong for her.” She walked up to Anand and said, “Everything will be fine right?” Anand nodded his head and quickly looked away.

Around three hours later, the doctor came out of the Operation Theatre. The Sarna family quickly went to the doctor while Nikita asked, “Doctor, how’s Kavya?” The doctor smiled and said, “She’s out of danger. Nothing to worry. She’s still unconscious but, soon she’ll gain consciousness. We’ll shift her to the ward in an hour and then you can meet her.” Everyone smiled while Nikita asked, “Can we take her home today?” “No, she needs to stay here for the day. We’ll discharge her tomorrow”, replied the doctor. “Okay, thank you doctor”, said Nikita.

An hour later Kavya was shifted to the ward while the family members went inside. Mahi, Twinkle, Kunj and Yuvraj were about to go inside when Mahi’s phone rang. “Yuvraj, Kunj and Twinkle, you all go inside. I’ll just come”, said Mahi. “You both go inside. I’ll come with Mahi”, said Yuvraj and both of them went outside the hospital. Kunj was about to go inside when Twinkle pulled Kunj’s hand. “What?”, asked Kunj arching his eyebrow. “Kunj, Kavya didn’t fall down the stairs accidentally”, said Twinkle. “What do you mean?”, asked Kunj. “See Kunj, if only Kavya would’ve fallen down then I would’ve considered it as an accident but, you remember the way even I was going to slip and fall?”, said Twinkle. Kunj frowned and looked at her in confusion while Twinkle added, “It has been planned by someone. I saw oil spilled on the staircase. Can we go back and check the CCTV footage?” Kunj nodded his head in a yes and they went out of the hospital secretly. As they were about to go they saw a man shouting at a few people and were shocked to see the person.
