Naira shakes her head in affirmation.
Kartik: Please

Kartik turns to walk away when Naira clings to his back

Naira: Carry to the place where you are going.. I want to come with you

Kartik: Acha chalo

He takes her to the kitchen.
Naira: Are we going to cook ❓

Kartik: Not we.,I’ll cook you stay silent

Naira: Only if I get a gift (she blinks her eyes cutely)

Kartik kisses her on her cheek

Kartik: I gave you the gift.. now my jaan will stay silent till I cook something for us

Naira sits in the chair while Kartik cooks.

The scene shifts to Vadhera house . Virat continues his past

Flashback

After the completion of college Saanjh convinces Maya’s mom and Arjun’s family for their wedding.

Arjun and Maya are married in a grand function. Saanjh also marries the groom selected by her family. Her husband Laksh is an army officer.

Arjun Maya Saanjh and Laksh head for their honeymoon and lead a happy life. That’s when Mr.Bajaj enters the lives of Arjun and Maya.

Scene shifts to Singhania house

Naksh: Keerthi…it’s too much why did you meet him at the jail..you know right

Keerthi: I went to ask about Mom and Dad’s last moments Naksh..he was the one who heard them last..I really missed them

Naksh: You could have taken me na…that too you took Krish there..is it what called trust..you never trusted me that I’ll consider your happiness..all you thought was Naksh won’t take me.so I’ll go alone…if you thought so… you should have thought that if he feels unsafe when he is coming alone …how will he feel if I go alone..you are so irresponsible as a mother

Naksh pushes her off and goes to bed. Keerthi is hurt and sobs.

Its Kaira house. Kartik atlast finishes cooking and makes Naira eat and he eats too.

Kartik: It’s time for bed my jaan can we go

Naira: Will you carry me to bed

Kartik: As you order my queen

Kartik carries her to the bed

Kartik: Now sleep baby

Naira: No….you sing a song for me

Kartik: Me…❓

Naira: Who else is here

Kartik: Ok ok

Sunn…sun…Naira ..

Naira: Yuck….stop it..you better dance

Kartik: Naira,,,

Naira: You love me right

Kartik: Of course

Naira: Then dance

Kartik dances for her, after sometime Naira sleeps.
Kartik: Baap re if I catch that person who gave her this injection I’ll not spare him…(suddenly becomes serious) If I hadn’t reached there that guy….omg he was with her there I guess..in that pressure  I didn’t see…my goodness,,I can handle Naira anyway..but if she was with a stranger….Thank you Krishnaji for helping me

Komolika sees this and gets irritated. She drops her files and picks Sid from the cradle. She takes him to the washroom and puts the baby in the bathtub and turns the pipe on and leaves
