RECAP: Anupre have a romantic time. Kartik consoles an upset Naira.

Time flies indeed. One week has passed. Anupre’s engagement is in a week’s time. Kartik is too excited. On the other hand Naitik is hale and healthy and is home. Naira is too happy.

It’s Goenka house. All are deciding the invitees of Anupre’s engagement.

Kartik comes down excitedly.

Swarna: Kartik do you have anyone to invite to the function

Kartik: Yes mom an important friend of mine

Anurag intervenes and: I know who it is

Kartik looks at him in surprise and: Bhai…

Anurag: Kartik I know that you want to invite Naira and her family

Kartik smiles wide.

Swarna: Anurag and Kartik wait… I wanted to ask it much earlier but… I didn’t find time

Kartik: Ask now Maa kya formalities

Swarna: Who is Naira .. how come she became your kaas dost

Kartik hesitates . Anurag: I’ll tell you Maa. {He tells everything}

Dadi and Manish too hear it.

He leaves for college.

It’s Kaira’s college. All are gathered in front of the notice board. Kartik goes near it. He gets too excited after seeing the notice board. He searches for Naira and finds her in front of Biochemistry lab seriously learning.

Kartik: Naira… Naira….

Naira looks up at him. He comes and gets the book from her and closes it.

Naira: Kartik what’s it .. why did you get the book from me

Kartik: Studies can occur anytime but this happens only once in college life.

Naira: What’s it

Kartik: Our college is hosting a freshers party for your batch. Dean has approved it.

Naira in an excited tone: Wooow…. when

Kartik: Friday evening

Naira: That’s great Kartik

Kartik: Do you know the theme

Naira: I don’t know what’s it

Kartik: Dosti…

Naira: Then we come as Jai and Veeru

Kartik: Yeah … you are right….One more additional good news. Coming Sunday is my Bhai’s engagement. I am inviting you and family for that.

Naira: Hum kyun

Kartik: Meri dost ho tum… Teri Bina Kaise

Naira: But..

Kartik: No buts.. today evening I’m coming in person with my brother to your house to invite you.

Naira: So this week is party time right

Kartik: Yes… lets have our best time

Naira and Kartik share a hifi. Just then the bell goes on and they go to their classes.

Scene shifts to Vaderas house. Viren is in his room with his laptop.

Jeevika enters it calling him. Viren looks up at her

Jeevika: Virenji don’t be engrossed in your case always. You are a brother too in this house.

Viren gets up and comes to her and holds her closer. She tries to get away. But she could not do it.

Viren: I’m a husband too.

He bends closer to kiss her. Jeevika pushes him away.

Jeevika: Virenji time is so less. Keep your romance in reserve.

Viren: Tum bhi na.. (He sighs)

Jeevika laughs at him.

Jeevika: Virenji engagement is on Sunday we need to decide arrangements. People should be in awe seeing it.

Viren: Prerna is lucky to have a bhabhi like you

They both sit down and start discussing.

Prerna is in office discussing stuff with clients. Her phone buzzes. Seeing the display she is excited as it is Anurag. She gets excuse from others and picks up the call and goes out

Anurag: Sorry if I had disturbed

Anurag: Today evening we are buying the engagement suit. I wanted to know what you like
