It’s pretty late after the college hours when Kartik and Naira come out of the library. The medicines given to Naira start to make her dizzy. She ignores it and walks further. Suddenly she loses consciousness and falls. Kartik who comes behind her holds her.

Kartik: You keep slipping miss Singhania

Just then he notices that Naira is unconscious. He carries her to his car and calls his driver

Kartik: Take the car soon. And get her details from the office and inform her family. I’ll be taking her to city hospital

Kartik gets inside the car and takes Naira to the hospital.

The scene shifts to City hospital. Abir and Mishti are waiting along with Arushi’s parents outside the OT

Mishti is crying silently

Abir: Mishti i never say any doctor crying like this

Mishti: I’m just scared Abir.
Abir: Dont worry Arushi will be fine soon

Mishti is approached by a nurse

Nurse: Madam Dr.Keerthi is calling you

Meanwhile Naira has partially regained consciousness as Kartik brings her inside the emergency ward.
Keerthi: Make her lie down sir

Kartik places Naira on the bed and stands beside her

Keerthi: What happened Naira?

Kartik: She was alright but suddenly fainted

Keerthi: I think it’s the effect of the medicines

Kartik looks questioningly at her

Keerthi tells him Naira’s past

Kartik: Sorry I am not very close to her personall I didn’t know it. I’m her professor

Keerthi: I know you , KG sir right?

Kartik: How do you know me?

Keerthi: I’m the sister of Anurag Basu

Kartik: Acha

Keerthi: Is her family informed?

Kartik: I have asked the clerk to do it.

Mishti rushes inside

Mishti: You called me mam?

She sees Naira there and is shocked

Keerthi: I called you as

Mishti: Naira di…what happened to her?

Keerthi: Medicine effect only. Where were you actually

Mishti: I was at OT. I’ll call Naksh bhai and stay till he comes

Kartik: You may go if you want to. Till they come I’ll stay

Keerthi: Are you sure KG sir?

Kartik: Yes I am

Mishti: But

Keerthi : She is alright only don’t worry as he wants to be here you go to the OT

Mishti leaves and so does Keerthi. Kartik stays with Naira

The scene shifts to a cafe

Akash and Ishani are talking and giggling. Naina comes there and is angered by it

Naina: Ishani don’t you have any other work? You always become a Boulder

Akash: Naina chill why are you getting angry

Naina: When someone gets close to the person we love anger is natural only

Ishani: Do you love Akash?

Akash: Of course we are friends and we all love each other na..you me Naksh and Naina

Naina: It’s not that love Akash. I love you and want to spend my life with you

Akash is surprised while Ishani starts to laugh

Naina: Why are you laughing?

Ishani hugs Naina

Ishani: I know this long ago. I did all this intentionally to make you confess. I won’t disturb you both now. Bye

Ishani leaves.

The scene shifts to Hospital

The OT gets tensed as Arushi’s pulse starts to fall in between the operation

Mishti starts to weep and so does Abir. They cry helplessly

Abir: I never knew that I’ll get attached to her this soon. It’s not just she is my fan I guess there is other connection too with her through heart

Mishti: God…please save her….please please

They unknowingly cling to each other and cry.
Meanwhile Prerna and Naksh rush to Naira. They are surprised to see Kartik

Naksh: Naira…are you alright?

She nods

Prerna: What happened?

Kartik: She fell unconscious and doctor told its due to medicine effect

Naksh: Thanks

Kartik: No mention. It’s my duty. If you don’t mind I’ll leave now. Take care Miss …Naira

Kartik leaves from there.
