Episode starts

Anurag and Prerna reach the address given by Kartik. Its The Detective office. They rush inside to find everyone except Naksh and Keerthi there

Anurag and Prerna reach the detective office. They find everyone except Naksh and Keerthi there

Kartik: Akash they have come atleast tell the matter now

Akash: Fine..I did not want Naksh and Keerthi as I dont want to disturb their mood now

Rahul: By the way Im Rahul 

Ishani: My boyfriend and they are Tanvi and Jia

They get introduced 

Naina: Kartik and Anurag you have to hear the matters carefully and Kartik your life long misunderstanding will be cleared now and you have to accept it

Kartik and Anurag are confused but nod in agreement 

Akash tells them everything about Polo

Kartik: What I had a mama who killed my mother..and papa never told me

Naina: Thats because he never wanted you to know the bitter truth

Knowing the cause behind Soumya’s death Kartik realises that he was hating Swarna for no reason. He slumps down on the floor crying. Naira runs to him

Naira: Kartik..kartik

Kartik holds her and cries

Kartik: Abir..Im sorry yaar..these many years

Abir: Bhai leave it..

Kartik: I have to apologise to her…I want to apologise to maa now

He cries like a child. Anurag goes to him and hugs him.

Kartik: ..Im sorry yaar Anurag..because of him your papa…

Anurag: Why are you sorry man? We both lost a parent because of him

Minutes pass and Kartik is consoled at last. He gets up wiping his tears

Abir: That guy raped a woman?

Naina: Yes Mithali Gupta

Naira: Who is that Mithali?

Naina: She is the one who links him with Singhanias

Mishti: How bhabhi?

Naina: She was an employee of Singhanias and it was Naitik uncle who submitted the proofs of Polo aka Praveen raping her to the police and got him arrested

Naira: So he wants to avenge himself from everyone of us

Rahul: Exactly..what an irony it must be Kartik and Anurag who must avenge the deaths of their mother and father respectively 

Ishani: Psychos have no logic Rahul

Jia: Exactly..did anyone notice that Mithali got pregnant because of that and she is still alive somewhere 

Tanvi: Then she must have had a baby right

Prerna: They may be living away from everyone to avoid shaming from the society

Naira: As papa helped her wont he know about her?

Akash: We have to ask him

Naira: Ill call now

Naira dials Naitik

Naira: Papa do you know about Mithali Gupta

Hearing the name Naitik is stunned

Naitik: What happened Naira?

Akash gets the mobile and puts it on speaker 

Akash: Papa it’s about my work..nothing to worry..do you know her?

Naitik: Of course I do know her beta..it was me who got her rapist arrested and Akshara and I helped her during her pregnancy..she had a baby girl

Akash: Then what happened Papa?

Naitik: She was admitted for her delivery and we got news that she delivered a baby girl but when we went there she was not there. She got discharged and then we never knew about her whereabouts 

Akash: Okay fine papa. Is Naksh home?

Naitik: He has gone with Keerthi and will be back soon I guess

Akash: Okay papa..

Akash disconnects the call 

Mishti: She has a daughter..that means Polo has a daughter

Ishani: Exactly..

Abir: Is she at risk?

Akash: Definitely not. 

Abir: Will she know about him and will she accept him?

Ishani: Depends on what Mithali told her

Anurag: What next? Are we going to watch him prowl without doing  anything?

Rahul: Of course not 

Tanvi: We will trace out Mithali first and then we have to confirm our speculations

Prerna: Where do we search for her?

Jia: We both will do it..rest of you enjoy Naksh Keerthi’s sagaai first

Anurag: But 

Akash: Preparations are there na dulhan ki bhai..we will split and do all the work. That’s important now

Naira: Aditya is out now ..Rupali told us..

Akash: Thats why I say we all have to be there in the engagement . Tanvi and Jia will trace Mithali by then

Tanvi and Jia in unison: Definitely. Its a promise

With that said the scene freezes 

Days pass by like wind and its the night before Keesh Sagaai

Kartik , Abir And Anurag are seeing to the arrangements in hall of the Basu house. Prerna and Mishti come there

Prerna: Keerthi has been sent to rest and aunty is with her

Abir: Then Ill drop you both home..is that okay bhai?

Kartik: Yeah sure by the time you come back we will finish the stage decoration

Abir leaves with Mishti and Prerna

Anurag: Kartik the cultural party is on Tuesday..you have to rock it

Kartik: Sure Anurag..

Suddenly they hear a scream from Keerthi’s room and run towards it

Kartik opens the door and barges in while Anurag looks around for any presence

Keerthi is shivering in fright and she hugs Kartik and cries

Kartik: What happened Keerthi?

Keerthi: I…I saw..him..here

Kartik: Saw whom? Aditya?

Keerthi: Haan..Woh..he was..

Anurag comes in and : There was no one around . What happened?

Kartik: She has seen Aditya here

Anurag: Aditya? That scoundrel 

Kartik gestures him not to talk anything 

Kartik: Keerthi it may be your imagination 

Mohini: Kartik is right beta..

Keerthi: No I saw him here..looking at me

Kartik: Keerthi..the window is locked he could not have come..its just your fear..dont let it consume you..

Anurag: You have to sleep now…and remove the fear from your mind

Kartik: Instead think of Naksh..

Hearing his name Keerthi pacifies a little

Kartik enters the washroom and gets out after few minutes then locks the bathroom door and places the key near her pillow. He shuts the window tightly.

As Keerthi gets back to sleep Anurag and Kartik walk out

Anurag: She is imagining a lot 

Kartik: No yaar Anurag its not an imagination 

Anurag: What?

Kartik: Haan I saw wet footsteps towards the bathroom as I entered the room As she screamed he has gone out of the ventilator..I doubted this and checked the ventilator and it confirmed it

Anurag: How did you ?

Kartik: I noticed the wet footsteps and the locked window so a bit of guessing 

Anurag: Thankfully you locked the washroom door

Kartik: We have to be careful with him now..

He suddenly remembers something and calls Naira

Naira: Kartik

Kartik: Naira is everything fine there?

Naira: What happened?

Kartik: No..nothing..just asked

Naira: Your voice doesn’t say so

Kartik: Thats nothing..now answer me

Naira: Yeah Kartik everything is fine here. Just now Akash bhai and others left

Kartik: Good then. 

Naira: Meet you tomorrow 

Kartik: Yeah..

The call disconnects. Kartik calls Abir

Abir: Bhai?

Kartik: Where are you?

Abir: Dropped them and just got into the car

Kartik: Drive carefully 

He disconnects the call

Anurag: What happened Kartik?

Kartik: With Aditya’s arrival here I guess that Mehta and Polo are planning something 

Anurag: How do you say so?

Kartik: I have a gut feeling . If I get that Polo in my hand Ill strangle him to death 

Anurag: Leave that did you talk to uncle and aunty regarding the truth?

Kartik: Not yet

Anurag: Why?

Kartik: I..I..feel guilty these many years of anger and hatred..but dont worry before the shaadi of Naksh and Keerthi Ill talk to them
