Kartik is still worried for Naira but he slowly dozes off. Abir comes there.

Mishti: I just hope Didi remembers us and everything . Or else Kartik bhaiya will be shattered

Prerna is sitting with Naira. Anurag comes there. He sees Prerna in tears. He pulls her closer. She is about to say something. He closes her mouth
Anurag: I know ..you are feeling bad for what happened but there is no use of crying now. All you have to do is to pray for her recovery . Yes or no?
Prerna pulls his hand down
Prerna: How can I answer when you close my mouth?
Anurag: Oops sorry
Prerna: And one more thing the reason for my tears is not because of the past. Im worried about the future
Anurag wipes her tears
Anurag: When crying about past is useless crying for future is bullshit
Prerna: What if Naira forgets everything? Leave us all…think of Kartik. Bechara he will be shattered
Anurag: She wont forget. I know it
Prerna: How?
Anurag: Prerna..a similar surgery was performed and Komolika has not forgotten anything
Prerna is shocked

Just then Prerna senses something and turns to see Naira gaining consciousness. Prerna and Anurag rush to call doctor
Meanwhile Kartik too wakes up 
as Mishti gets a call
Mishti: Hello Keerthi mama
Keerthi: Naira has gained consciousness
Mishti: Didi has gained consciousness…great
Kartik hears this ,he jumps of the cot and runs to Naira. Naira is gently opening her eyes and scanning everything around. Before Chief doctor could reach Kartik opens the door and enters. Naira turns to him and looks at him without blinking.
Kartik walks to her and goes on his knees before her
. Naira carasses his face. Kartik’s heart beat gets faster as Naira smiles at him. Everyone enter the room
Naira : Kartik….(in a normal tone)
On hearing it Kartik starts to cry placing his head near her. 
Naira gently touches his head
Naira: What happened? Where are we now?
Keerthi sees that Naksh is crying and she holds his hand . Akshara notices it but is in no mood to think about it
Mishti: Pucho mat didi
Prerna: Haan the past few days have been really hard
Chief doctor: What is the last thing you remember Ms.Naira
Naira: woh,,,we went for a trip and ..someone….familiar pulled me into the water tank and Kartik saved me……I was talking to him at night..then…nothing
Abir: Then..quite a lot happened bhabhi
Doctor: Normally people don’t remember things that happened during that condition
Kartik caresses Naira. Akshara and Naitik pamper her
Akshara: Kartik…your love has won
Naira: What happened?
Kartik: Dekh rahi hai aap aunty
Akshara: Not aunty its maa
Kartik: Aap dekh rahi hai na maa she is asking so innocently after making us all so tensed
Akshara goes to Swarna
Akshara: Thank you for saving her
Dadi: Arrey Akshara ji Naira and Kartik love each other that means she is our bahu. So its our duty to save her so dont say thanks and make us distant
Naira is stunned to hear all this. She pulls Prerna to her as she sits up
Prerna: Naira Im so happy
Akash: Guys guys..I guess these love birds need some time. Kartik will have lot to share and he deserves this time.
Keerthi: Moreover crowding is also not advisable so lets walk out
Kartik and Naira are left alone
Naira: Kartik kya hua?
Kartik hugs her tightly
Kartik: Naira…(he tells the happenings till surgery) Every minute was like a century for me. You were with me but still seemed to be far away. I was close to you more than any other day but still…(he is unable to speak and breaks down. Naira cups his face as she breaks the hug) Naira you went through a lot. You were suffering but I could not reduce it and I just watched it. It was like watching my soul suffer as I lie like a corpse
Naira: I am Sorry Kartik. I should not have gone to the prohibited zone
Kartik: Your mistake is not in it
Naira: Kartik..
Kartik: Shsh..dont strain much. Lie down
Kartik makes Naira lie down and caresses her head.
Kartik: I have some videos of us. When you were like a child we had many cute moments but I could not feel happy then luckily Mishti made a video of few moments of us
He shows the video. Naira sees the cute self of her and laughs 
. Kartik is smiling after so long. It is such a pure and happy smile. He feels as if he is alive after so long. His Naira is normal. Everything is normal. He kisses her on her forehead.
Meanwhile Komolika sees Anurag as he passes by her room.
Komolika: Anurag is here…he is ….here for me
Komolika walks out of the room and walks behind Anurag. Anurag goes to Prerna. She hugs him. Komolika is shocked
