Its the next morning. Abir brings Dadi to the hospital 

Kartik is shocked to see Dadi there

Kartik: Dadi…

Dadi: Kittu…

Kartik: Dadi woh

Dadi: Abir told me everything 

Kartik: Dadi Naira bohoti pyari hai

Dadi: I know..when she can change you she must be a pyari girl..thats why I came to see her

Dadi walks towards the room. Naira is sleeping like an innocent child. She has a serene smile on her face

Dadi: May God make her well soon

Kartik is unable to the take pain. He bursts out on Dadi’s lap

Abir goes to meet Mishti in her cabin

Abir: Mishti good morning 

Mishti runs to him and hugs him tight. Abir senses that she is troubled

Abir: What happened?

Mishti: Abir woh…woh…I need to tell something…please dont get angry for not telling this till now

Mishti and Rohit are friends from primary school. Their friendship is very strong and close that they share everything. As the enter high school the testosterone in Rohit starts to act. He starts to develop feelings beyond friendship for Mishti.  One such day he proposes her with a chocolate and rose

Mishti: What? Stop joking Rohit

Rohit: Joke? Im very serious Mishti 

Mishti: Sorry Rohit I dont have such feelings

Mishti: Rohit…I cannot be without my friend but its friendship 

Rohit: Lets be the same then but Ill give it the name of love

Rohit: If not then im leaving everything 

Mishti is unable to leave her friend. Hoping that this illusion will fade from Rohit’s mind she agrees

Mishti and Rohit are together again in Higher secondary. Mishti too thinks that’s love now. Thats when Mishti gets a medical seat

Rohit: Dont go there..come with me to Bangalore..lets join BE

Mishti: But Rohit you know very well MBBS has been my dream from childhood. I cant leave it

Rohit: Then choose between me and your goal

Mishti: This time I choose my dream. Good bye 

Reality

Mishti: Thats when I realised that it has been his selfishness always..neither friendship nor love 

Abir: You had a boyfriend and you did not tell me?

Abir steps back. Mishti is shocked 

Mishti: Woh Abir…I myself wanted to forget everything…thats why

Abir pulls her into his hold

Abir: Then why are you worried about it now? Leave it na…

Mishti is surprised and cries clinging to him

Abir: Stupid doctor crying for silly things. Mishti I am your present and future. I dont need your past

Mishti: But Abir…

She tells about Rohit telling her about Kabir

Mishti: Kartik jiju too doesn’t know it…woh… Naira didi herself forgot everything 

Abir: Then lets tell bhai

Abir and Mishti talk to Kartik about Kabir

Kartik: So that scoundrel is the reason for everything my Naira faced..Im not going to leave him

Abir: Stop bhai Naira bhabhi needs you.

Just then Naira is creating a ruckus inside

Nurse comes out

Mishti: What happened?

Nurse: We have to take her for MRI mam…for further treatment but she is not sitting in the wheelchair to be taken..we cant take her by walk too

Kartik: Ill come

Kartik walks in. Naira is sitting in the bed crying 

Kartik: Naira..friend Kartik.

Naira: Kartik…bad ..girl…

Kartik : Haan bad girl..but shall I take you

Naira throws her hands into the air and gestures him to take her. Kartik takes Naira in his arms and they walk out. Mishti and Abir who are with Prerna Naitik Rajshri and Akshara are surprised 

Naitik: Well done Kartik..I thought

Prerna: Now go soon…next task is MRI machine. But you will win it 

Kartik and Naira walk to the scan room

Naira panics on seeing the scan machine. She holds Kartik tight as he places her on the machine

Naira: Tum bhi aao

Kartik: Ill definitely come Naira…till wherever I can…

He removes her hold and places her hands on the side

Kartik: Naira..Im here only..we will play song for you…you sleep listening to it huh…once you wake up Ill take you

Naira is about to cry. Kartik gestures and Akshara tells Rajshri to go inside as Akshara is too emotional 

Aankhon mein meete sapne lekar soja bitiya rani

Kuch hi pal mein aajayegi chupke se nindya rani

Delh teri muskati surat

The MRI is done and Naira slowly opens her eyes. Rajshri steps back. Naira gets up and hugs Kartik

Kartik : Well done Naira

Everyone clap for her. Naira gets excited. The scene freezes 

Sometime later

Akash : I have set up police men around. They will keep Naira safe. We are searching for Kabir and Rohit too..we will catch them very soon

Naksh gets home with Akshara Rajshri and Naitik. Anurag stays with Kartik

Kartik: I wont be coming to college..so

Anurag: Ill handle everything. Your presence here is inevitable 

Prerna: Ill get water for her medicines. Kartik we need to check her temperature too as this medicine will produce fever as told by Keerthi

Kartik nods. Anurag takes his leave. He walks down while Prerna gets water. 

Prerna walks back after getting water and she sees Kabir walking to the room and goes to stop him. She has a small fight and Kabir pushes her down. Prerna falls down shouting Anurag’s name. Kartik runs out to see her falling, his heart breaks . Kartik runs to the edge and sees…Anurag catching Prerna in time. She hugs him. Kartik leaves a sigh of relief 

Prerna: Kartik…..Kabir is here…go back to Naira…(she shouts)

Kartik panics and goes to Naira.,luckily Kabir is not there..he had run away when Prerna fell. Kartik hugs Naira. The scene freezes
