Naira is rushed to the hospital. She doesn’t recognise anyone and behaves like a child. Doctors check her. Kartik is inconsolable. Naitik and Akshara rush there. They see a broken Kartik and are confused 

Naksh: Muma Papa Kartik and Naira wanted to reveal this together but now I guess I have to tell you..they both love each other. As you were deeply stressed with my accident they wanted you to rest and then tell but before that..

Naitik and Akshara nod to what Naksh said. They are in no mind to talk. Keerthi comes out with the reports

Naksh: What happened?

Keerthi: Naksh woh..she was already in a trauma and under medication..now this hit has made her lose her mental balance. Naira is now mentally a five year old kid

Akshara bursts crying 

They go inside to see Naira lying in the bed. She doesn’t recognise Naitik and Akshara even. Akshara gently touches her. Naira spats her hand. She starts to cry like a baby. Kartik goes to her

Kartik: Naira…(he points at Naira ) Kartik (he points at himself) friends.

He extends his hand and she pulls him to her. Kartik sits nearby and holds her close. She clings to his shirt , gets scared at others and cries

Mishti: Didi has only accepted him. Now she will do what he says and will not listen to others

Naksh: Why him?

Keerthi: No specific reason Naksh..maybe she feels him friendly. Found his approach friendly

Naksh: Which scoundrel made her like this?

Akash: Ill not sleep or rest until I catch him

Kartik : Ill come too

Anurag: Naira needs you..Ill go With him

Kartik: Ghar mein..

Abir: What Am I here for? Only papa and dadi right Ill handle.

Mishti: Naira di cannot be discharged. Its better that she stays here.

Naksh: Thats not a matter. We need her recovery

Keerthi: We will put in our best

Akshara: Why is God after our kids? First Naira then Naksh now again Naira…my bachi is suffering a lot

Naksh: Maa dont worry Naira is strong she will come out of it soon

Naitik: We need to be strong to make my princess recover. Be strong Akshara

Mishti: If you dont mind crowding is not allowed sorry

Prerna goes to Naira. She extends her hand

Prerna : Prerna..Naira…friends…

Prerna remembers making friends with Naira for the first time during school. Tears come out of her eyes without any idea to stop.

Naira accepts her as friend but doesn’t allow others near her

Kartik: Prerna you stay here..ill be out

Kartik is about to get up. Naira stops him

Naira: Dont go Kartik

Kartik’s eyes get wet. He looks up at Naitik and Akshara

Akshara: Pyar karte ho Naira se?

Kartik nods

Akshara: Then she is your responsibility. Bring her back to me as my daughter 

Kartik: Ill even give my life for it

They walk out. Anurag Akash and Naksh go in search of the person.  Keerthi goes to see the cheif doctor.

Abir: Maa papa dadi I want to tell something

Manish : Whats it

Abir tells about Kartik’s love and Naira’s condition

Swarna: I met her at the temple. She is very sweet. One day brought a drunk Kartik home too.
Manish: But Kartik did not tell me

Mishti comes out with Kunal And Kuhu

Kunal: Ill be around her and take care that the scoundrel doesn’t come here to hurt didi until Akash bhai’s men come.

Kuhu: Ill bring something for Kartik jiju to eat

Mishti: Maa Didi….didi..(she tells the happenings) so Prerna didi has gone with Naitik uncle and aunty..as they are alone

Asha: She did it well. Ill contact Akshara and give her my support 

Mishti has walked out of the building as it is silent inside. She turns to see Rohit behind her

Rohit: Glad that you remember me. 

Mishti: What are you doing here?

Rohit: Its a hospital Mishti..anyone can come here

Mishti: What did you come for?

Rohit: To see if Naira di is fine

Mishti: How do you? Did you?

Rohit: Am I a fool to hurt her for you..but I know who did it

Mishti: Who?

Rohit: Someone cheated in Love like me

Rohit walks off with a smirk. Mishti gets a clue. She calls Naksh

Mishti: Bhai…it may be Kabir…Kabir from 

Naksh: Kabir?

Mishti: Dont you remember…Didi’s UG time…suicide attempt..

Naksh turns pale.
