What happened?

The sound of opening the door brings Kartik back from his dream world.

Kartik (pov):- who’s that yaar! We were about to kiss… It was a dream!! Kartik beta you started day dreaming too.

Then he hears the sound of opening again (it was taking time because Naira have some files in ger hand)

Kartik (pov):- ohh god! In the time of dreaming I sat on her chair if she gets to know she will kill me.

He scrawls to his chair and same time Naira enters.

Naira: What were you doing Kartik?

Kartik: Woh… Woh my pen fell diw so I was searching for it.

Naira: There are some more files we need to study them all. Okay.

Kartik: Haan alright.

Naira: Waise once again thank you for your help yesterday. I didn’t expect chachu to say that all.

Kartik: I don’t get any point on his words. As you love your family nobody can’t love their family. And your strictness is another way of showing your concern to them. Being a outsider I get to know this in these few days but Naman uncle leave it.

He just then sees Naira’s eyes getting moist remembering Naman’s words for her. He decides to cheer her up.

Kartik: Waise if you don’t know Kartik Goenka doesn’t do anything for free you need to give me something.

Naira: Acha what do you want ask me. I won’t deny anything.

Kartik: Soch lo!

Naira: I’m sure now ask me?

Kartik: Can you be my friend? (Asked her giving his hand)

Naira was startled at first by this but then thought that nothing is bad in making him friend.

Kartik: if you don’t want then…( cutted by Naira)

And shakes her hand with him. Kartik was overwhelmed as he crossed his step of being a friend. While she was thinking of the time when she became friends with Arjun.

Both brushed off their thoughts and started to do their work.
