Sona:umm dekhte hai(umm..will see)
What..WILL SEE what does this mean..will she come or not??..before I could ask her anything she exited….leaving me in a pool questions…i headed down for breakfast and saw her in the kitchen..
She was not looking at my side…i waved my hands in air so that she would look this side but she didnt instead
Nikki:bhai aap ye kya kar rahe ho??…(bhai what are you doing this?)
Dev:wo..wo kuch bhi toh nahi…excersise you know..good for health..(wo..wo..nothing..excersise you know good for health)
Nikki:aisi bhi koi excercise hoti hai..?(is there any excersise like this?)
Dev:haan hoti hai..kyun nahi..(ya..why not?)
After Nikki went from there I had my breakfast and went to office…with my Mind still having the question whether she will come or not!
OFFICE
I was sitting with my team…we were discussing about an important product which our company will be launching soon…but I was only physically present…my Mind was constantly thinking about Sonakshi..i don’t know why? Maybe Tina noticed it and asked.
Tina:sir..any problem?
I unknowingly replied..
Dev:haan..pata nahi woh aayagi ya nahi…(ya..dont know whether she will come or not)
Tina:kaun sir?(who sir?)
I sensed what I was saying and tried my best to cover it up.
Dev:nothing!..get back to work..ya so we were..
It is almost evening now..sonakshi would be preparing to leave.. I headed home …
Ishwari Mansion
There was no in the hall..kichu bahiya came with a glass of water…i asked him about others..
Kichu:Nikki didi aur Ria didi toh bahar gayi shayad shopping karne aur maaji apne kamre main hai..(Nikki didi and Ria didi,have gone out maybe for shopping and maaji is in her room)
Dev:and Sonakshi
Kichu:wo toh apne ghar chalegi..(she went back home)
Dev:kya?(what?)
Kichu:haan…(ya..)
Saying so he went…how could Sonakshi go like this…i called her
Dev:hello
Sona:hi..koi kam hai?(hi..any work?)
Dev:haan woh humne plan..(ya..we planned..)
Sona:can I talk to you later..i am a little busy now..sorry bbyee!
Before I could reply she hanged the call…i angrily walked towards my room..who does this?..how could she?…and then my phone started ringing..i thought it is sonakshi…will ask for a apology so I recieved the phone quickly
Dev:hello..
Male voice:hey! Dev..kaisa hai tu?(hey!..dev ..how are you?)
It wasnt Sonakshi..it was my childhood friend bunty..he lives in Mumbai
Dev:oh!..tu hai(disappointedly)(oh!..its you)
Bunty:tu hai ka kya matlab hai?…kiske phone ka intezaar tha tujhe?..girlfriend and all haan?(its you,what do you mean by that?..whose phone were you waiting for? Girlfriend and all haan?)
Dev:nahi nahi..bas wo Sonakshi..(no..no..just Sonakshi..)
Bunty:ab yeh Sonakshi kaun hai?(now who is this Sonakshi?)
Dev:meri ma ki nutritutionist..(my ma’s nutritutionist)
Bunty:aur tere liye..(and for your friend)
Dev:ek dost(with a doubt)(a friend)
Bunty:hmm…toh uska ka kya..(hmm..what about her?)
Then I narrated him the incident..how I asked her for a coffee in the morning…and at the end how she rejected it..
Dev:bas yahi baat hai(so this is the thing)
Bunty:yeh toh pheli baar hai ki tune kisi ladki ko coffee ke liye pucha…wo bhi usne reject kar diya(laughs)(this is the first time that you asked a girl for a coffee..and that too she rejected)
Dev:yaar..not fair!
Bunty:ok ok fine..lekin ek baat bata wo toh sirf teri dost hai na…toh tujhe itna kya bura lag raha hai uske denial se..???(ok ok fine..but tell me one thing she is just your friend right..then why did you so feel so bad when she denied?)
Dev:no idea
Bunty:then get idea..acha chal bye!
Dev:hmm bye…
I sat on the bed…thinking about what just bunty said to me…i asked myself why does it bothers to me??…
I walked from one corner of the room to another thinking about this….all those moments I spent with Sonakshi flashed in my Mind…(sona saying all the best to dev,they going for an ice cream,dev saving sona from an accident….
A smile appeared on my face…i could see myself smiling in my dressing mirror…i don’t know why I was smiling?..but I was …is this love?..suddenly a question popped up in my Mind…no how could this happen..i cant love her..but it looks like I am in love..oh no!…i cant put her in danger…no I cant love her…i have to stay away from her…ya I have to stay away from her…
