CHAPTER 2
Sid is in his bedroom, thinking deeply. Just then, Mallika enters.
Mallika : What are you thinking deeply? Are you thinking about your marriage?
Sid : Oh, no mom. I am not. I am just wondering when you will stop taunting me about job and marriage.
Mallika : I believe that if a girl comes to your life as your wife, then all your problems will be solved. And, for that, I want you to get married soon so that you change for good.
Sid : Mom, I just don’t want to get married to some random girl.
Mallika : Then?
Sid : I want to get married to a girl to whom I feel a ‘spark’.
Mallika : A ‘spark’?
Sid : Yes, a ‘spark’. A kind of love at first sight…
Mallika : Ohh, I see. Will you find your first love soon? Or should I find one for you?
Sid : Don’t worry mom. I myself will find my spark.
Mallika : Ok then. Go and find your girl. But be quick. Or else you will have to marry the girl whom I choose. By the way, you will have to do me a help. You will have to go the bank and withdraw some money for me. Its urgent. So get ready and be quick.
Sid : Okay mom. I will do it.
Sid gets ready, takes his bike and goes to the bank. On the way while coming back to home, he accidently collides his bike with a scooter. This leads the scooter to hit to the trunk of a tree. But then , nothing happens to the rider and Sid. Sid gets down from his bike and goes to the rider who’s wearing a helmet.
Sid : Hey, are you okay?
The rider gets off from the scooter and takes off the helmet. It’s revealed that the rider is a beautiful girl.
Girl : Haven’t you got eyes? Is this how you ride your bike?
Sid : I am sorry. It wasn’t done purposely.
Girl : You have just tried to kill me and you say that you are sorry and that you didn’t do it purposely? I know very well that you have done it purposely.
Sid : No, you are mistaken. I did not try to kill you.
Girl : You did it purposely, you liar! I don’t know who you are but you have got some grudge with me and that’s why you have tried to kill me!
Sid : No, no! I did not try to kill you. I don’t even know who you are. Then why should I kill you. See, I have already apologized to you. I am not ready in making a big argument over here. I have to rush to my home.
Girl : If you are trying to escape from here, then it will never work. I am going to get you arrested by the police.
Sid : Oh come on! I don’t know who you are but I have never tried to kill you. Why should I kill a person whom I don’t know?
Girl : If you have tried to kill a person whom you don’ t know then that’s because you are mad!
Sid : Mad?!
Girl : Yes, you are mad. Haven’t you heard of criminals who kill people whom they don’t even know for no reason? Such people are called PSYCHO.
Sid : Are you calling me a psycho?!
Girl : Yes, of course!
Sid : Then you have made a mistake again. You should call yourself a psycho. Well, I have never seen such a girl like you. You are the DEADLIEST PSYCHO I have ever met!!!!!
Girl : How dare do you call ME a PSYCHO?
Sid : Then what should I call you? Queen Victoria?
Girl : I have got a name.
Sid : Then tell me your name.
Girl : My name is Ishani.
Sid : Well, that doesn’t suit you. You should be called as PSYCHO ISHANI…
Ishani: Its time for you to get admitted in a mental hospital…
Sid : No, you should be admitted, Psycho Ishani…
Ishani : Wait until I call the police..Or else you can give me the money for the repair work and make a compromise.
Sid : I just want to get rid of you. Tell me, how much money do you want??
Ishani : Rs.3000
Sid : What?!! Rs.3000?! Is your scooter made of gold or what?
Ishani : I need the money for repairing my scooter. Give me the money or else you will have to end up in jail…
Sid takes out his wallet annoyingly and gives her the money..
Ishani : Okay, thanks.
Sid : Problem solved?! Now let me go back home. Bye!
Ishani : Bye!
Sid turns back and goes to his bike. Ishani takes her scooter.
Sid : (thinking in his mind) I will never ever meet that psycho again! NEVER EVER!!
Ishani : (thinking in her mind) Oh god! Please don’t make me meet that guy again in my life!
They part ways.
At Shanker Villa :
Mallika : Sid, Why did you come late?
Sid : Oh mom! I accidentally hit a girl’s scooter. That’s where the entire problem started…
Mallika : Oh no! Are you okay? Did anything happen to the girl?
Sid : No, nothing happened to both of us. But I had to give her Rs.3000 as compensation.
Mallika : What!??!
