PART-4
(Shivaay’s POV)
After hanging the Khanna’s call…I moved towards my room to my cupboard and took out a box…full of memories….
Memories of ‘My Annika’ I know I lost the right to call her ‘MINE’ that day but still ‘I wish she was mine!’
I started looking at her older photographs which were of the time six years earlier..When everything was fine…everything was great…While looking at them I realised, How innocent and cute she was….just like my ‘boy’…
As Arnav’s face came boggling up into my mind I pulled out my phone to call her once more…just for my son’s sake…..It kept on ringing for sometime….I tried again….After few rings she picked up….She knew it better than to cut my call…She knew it well I’m bearing her who is totally a succumb bag just for the sake of my son otherwise she would have bid bye to this world long time ago…
“Hello Shivaay! What do you want now…?”She asked all disinterested….
“I don’t want anything from a woman like you…It’s just your son… who wants you”I said to her while trying hard to bottle up my anger…
“You know na I’m little busy right now…my clients from Paris are visiting me So I need to throw a big welcome party..I’m just busy in planning for it….”She said all this while little dreamily…
“And what about your son…If you don’t have time to meet him…It’s fine but atleast talk to him…Or the hefty amount of Alimony money I’m giving you is not enough Ms. Ragini Malhotra…?”I asked her
“Well If you want I can still go with Mrs.Shivaay Singh Oberoi…It’s little cool you now”She said with the hint of smugness in her tone while I was dwelling inside to go to her place and just kill her with my own hands…
“Really after what you did?”I remembered how’d she slapped Arnav who was just a toddler at that time in front of everyone in one of a party hosted by us just due to the reason that while trying to grab his mother’s attention he spilled a drink on her dress by mistake…At that day itself I threw her out my house and my life…..
“Okay fine whatever…I’ll try to call him by the end of the day..Now I’m hanging up….Bie”
“Fine”with that I hanged up the call…
Annika would have been a great mother,a great wife…a great daughter in law,a great sister in law…a great everything…because she was completely great herself….
Memories of last visit to her place six years earlier still haunted me when her father restrained me from meeting her…after getting to know about my announcement of engagement with Ragini…I just wanted to meet her the last time…but he didn’t let me….
“I don’t want my daughter to suffer more Mr.Oberoi…Please leave before she arrive…When you will get a daughter of your own then you will realise my pain ”
I left from there without meeting her ….without seeing her for the last time…His words pierced my heart …..
“Dad!Are you ready?”I heard Arnav approaching….
With that I moved towards bathroom after keeping the box back at its place…
(ARNAV’S POV)
As I came to dad’s room…I looked around …He wasn’t there…Maybe he is in bathroom….I climbed onto his bed…
I love my dad more than anything in this world..Though I love my mom too but she is busy everytime..I don’t know why?…though dad has told me she also loves me but I don’t know….Though everyone in here Om-cha, Ru-cha, Gauri mom, dadi, badi dadi, sweetie(my great grand mother),dadu and everyone thinks I’m still a little baby but I know I have grown much…
How my dad and everyone feels sad when they see me sad…How everyone loves me..but still I want my mom to be here too…In my school every child has his or her mom in their house but my mom don’t live here with me….
But I know dad is there with me everytime…He also loves me lot like I do…I’m so happy we both are going to amusement park today though I want my Om -cha and Ru-cha also to come with us…
POV ENDS HERE….
His reverie broken with little thud on his head…his partners in crime were standing there…both of them smiling goofily towards him…
“Om-cha, Ru-cha you both are also coming with me and daddy na???”he asked his two uncles who also had now climbed onto bed besides him…
“No we aren’t coming……”Om said listening to this Arnav got little upset…
“But that doesn’t mean we are going to spare our little devil”Rudy said while smirking…
“Means???….”he asked innocently…Before he could ask further…
Both of his uncles shouted in unison “ATTACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” and started tickling him continuously…..
All three of them started tickling …laughing out loud…..rolling on the bed…..messing the whole bed…..
“Stop ! Stop!…”he cried while laughing out loud…but still both of them were not sparing him….They were laughing out loud…….
Then the bathroom door clicked open and Shivaay stepped out….
(SHIVAAY’S POV)
I watched and a smile automatically formed on my face as I saw all three of my boys laughing…juggling…rolling…tickling each other on the bed…..
“Hey what’s going on?”I asked while taking Arnav who is now having tears in his due to excessive laughing…
“Bhaiya!Are you going to office?”Rudy asked me…
“No we both father-son duo are going for som men’s day out….Hain na my boy?”I said while looking towards Arnav…who nodded his head affirming…..
“Then why are you in formals…???”This time Om asked….
“Om bring some files… I think bhaiya is taking Arnav for a board meeting in the amusement park…vaise I’m thinkng how board meeting will be going to take place with bhaiya in the water…swimming and other directors sliding from a swing…and then thud…someone on bhaiya’s head…..But if it will be a lady it would be fun…Am I right bhaiya??”Rudy the dumbest said while smirking….
“Shut up Rudy!”Me and Om both shouted on him while Arnav was now laughing more…
“Guys ..I’m comfortable in these formals. ..and moreover I’m habituated to them…”I told them….
“Shivaay habits can be changed”with saying that Om moved towards my wardrobe and pulled out a casual shirt and jeans and handed them to me…
“I’m okay with this only what I’m wearing…”I tried but I know they won’t hear me today…..
“With that I moved towards bathroom to change again…..”

After Shivaay changed into casuals both of them moved towards….the car after bidding bye to everyone ….while helping Arnav with his seat belt and then sitting himself in the car…He promised himself to make this day a memorable one for both of them….
Here In Annika’s house Annika was locking the door when her phone started ringing…..
(ANNIKA’S POV)
I looked upon my phone to see who is calling on Sunday…when I see the caller’s id I huffed a little…”Not again…”
“Aru baby you go sit into the car…”I told Aarya…and she complied obediently… such a good girl of mine…
“Hey dad! “I greeted my dad…
“Hey my baby girl! How are you and my sweetheart???”he asked me…
“We both are fine dad!…..you tell..Are you taking your medicines on time???”I asked him…
“Ofcourse I’m doing it…I know both of my girls need me…”He said little warmly…
We both know he was right….Without him I wouldn’t have been able to do anything…
PRECAP-
“You are going to become a father soon…”
“I don’t care….Do anything with it…Get rid of it…I seriously don’t care….”
With that her world came crashing down…
