Dhruv confronts Sonam that she is unnecessary exaggerating the issue and questioning wrongly. She holds his hands and insists to answer her question. Dhruv says he doesn’t want to and walks away freeing himself. Sonam slips and falls down on glass table injuring her hand. Everyone rush to her concerned. Pratham warns Dhruv to dare not touch his daughter as he pushed her. Dhruv says she is bleeding, he didn’t push her. Pratham continues shouting and doesn’t let him touch Sonam. Shashikant says even he is a father and knows his concern and asks Dheeraj to lift Sonam. Bua starts her drama and asks him not to touch his would be sister-in-law. Pratham shouts what nonsense. She says not naansense saaar, their richuaals. Dhruv calls his friend Hulchul and asks him to bring Dr. Shukla soon. Hulchul says Dr. Shukla has closed his clinic due to coronavirus pandemic, but he will do something. Pratham continues yelling that he will send everyone to jail if something happens to Sonam. Nutan warns that he is crossing his limits and wrongly alleging them. Dhruv shouts to stop, everyone are fighting here while Sonam is injured. Hulchul brings doctor who yells that he didn’t even wear proper clothes and Hulchul dragged him here. Hulchul says he is wearing mask, that is enough, and asks to treat bhabhiji soon. Doctor asks Nutan what happened to her. Nutan signals at Sonam. Doctor asks to take Sonam to room and nursing her wound gives her injection and writes prescription. Sonam falls asleep. Pratham warns Dhruv again to dare not touch Sonam, he will not spare her.
Dhruv sits nervously. Nutan walks to him and get concerned seeing his condition. He says he really didn’t push Sonam and is worried for her. Nutan consoles her and walks tokitchen where Bua is preparing turmeric milk and confronts her if she is behind Sonam’s fall. Bua says she crosslegged Sonam and made her fall. Nutan scolds her asking how can she do this, Sonam is someone’s daughter and her parents are worried, Dhruv loves her and is worried for her. Bua says she was just trying to help Nutan break this alliance on her order, it was her plan and she cannot back off like this. Nutan walks away concerned. Subhadra hears their conversation standing near door.
After sometime, Hulchul and Batasha come to meet Dhruv and ask him if Bhabhiji is fine now. Batasha says Bhabiji is still sleeping, did doctor give her wrong injection. Dhruv says he really doesn’t know how Sonam fell, he really loves her and he never will force her to shift to Prayagraj, etc. Sonam wakes up and signals Hulchul and Batasha to keep silent. Dhruv continues. Pratham walks in and gets happy seeing her awake. Whole family gathers. Sonam says she is fine, but feels pain. Pratham says let us return to Mumbai as he has arranged taxi. Sonam says why Mumbai, she is sure Dhruv didn’t push her. Nutan also repeats. Subhadra reminiscing Nutan and Bua’s conversation asks Nutan how can be so sure, then who pushed Sonam. Sonam says again Dhruv smoothly freed his hands and she slipped on some rough thing. Ankita says Bua was standing nearby. Bua reminisces crosslegging Sonam and making her fall.
Precap: Dhruv tells Shashikant that a few people have problem with Sonam, after lockdown finishes, he will send her back to Mumbai; he loves Sonam and will marry only her.
