The Sunday episode of Lock Upp witnessed the elimination of wild card contestant Vinit Kakar from the show. Vineet was locked out by Queen Kangana Ranaut not just because of a lack of votes but also because a majority of the inmates voted against him for not being actively involved in the game.
Interestingly, Vinit also chose his name as the weakest inmate who is not contributing to the show. The actor entered the show with Zeeshan Khan and played a masterstroke just after entering the house. He nominated Karanvir Bohra who was eventually evicted from the show because of it. But after that Vinit hasn’t contributed much to the show except for one altercation with Payal Rohatagi.
Munawar Faruqui also talked about Vinit’s performance in the show and said that Vineet was waiting for an opportunity to prove himself rather than creating it for himself. He drew a comparison with Zeeshan and said that Zeeshan made the most of the opportunity given to him whereas Vinit lost the plot in wait for the “perfect” opportunity.
For the unversed, Vinit’s prime targets were Munawar Faruqui and Karanvir Bohra.
