The episode starts with everyone staring at Maya in amazement. Rudra is left mouth agape as he reminisces how Rishi described his girlfriend, his and Maya’s previous meetings and how after joining all the dots, proves that Maya is the girl who is indeed Rishi’s girlfriend. He turns towards his parents as he remembers how Maya revealed to him that she was his FATHER’S EX-MISTRESS, he clenches his fists in those thoughts as Maya is descending with her eyes fixed onto the whole family with an evil smirk on her face. MJ has his eyes popped out in astonishment as he sees Maya and reminisces his past with her. Flashback, ten years earlier, Maya whose actual name was Manvi joins MJ group of industries as an intern. When at first Manvi ignores MJ’s advances, he lures her by cooking up a fake story and starts an extra-marital relationship with her. Later, they move forward in their relationship, thus consummating it. A few months later, Manvi finds herself pregnant which is when MJ’s true colours come out. He starts behaving arrogantly and rudely to Manvi forcing her to abort her child and when, Manvi doesn’t give in, he demands his friends and helpers: Sudhir Dutt, Aamir, Yogi to beat her up and throw her into an abandoned waterless pond; thus, taking her life. However, Maya emerges from the pond saving her life but losing her child. At that moment, she vows saying “From now on. Manvi is dead and Maya born to take REVENGE from MJ and his family who have wronged me and my family.” Flashback ends.
MJ is shaken off the floor on seeing Manvi alive and staggers backwards. Antara holds onto his shoulders in support. Maya is watching him closely and lets out an evil smirk. As Maya comes downstairs, Rishi goes near her and forwards his hand. Maya looks at Rudra whose eyes grow red in pain, “Chaha Tujhe Dil Ne Mere; Toh Saanso Ne Dhokha Diya…. plays in the background” Maya smilingly places her hand onto Rishi’s. Rudra clenches his fists hard on seeing that; Ananya notices the change of emotions on Rudra’s face and tries to pacify him by catching his arm, nevertheless he shakes off her hand from him. Rishi brings Maya in front of the crowd and proclaims, “So, ladies and gentlemen everyone feels AGE DIFFERENCE between a man and woman, where if A WOMAN is older than a man becomes the biggest barrier in A RELATIONSHIP! So negating all those social stigmas, I introduce here to all of you MY FUTRE WOULD-BE who is ten years YOUNGER than me!” Rudra closes his eyes in dejection, while the whole crowd is astounded and start hissing among each other!” The whole MJ’s family is thunderstruck on hearing that announcement. MJ tries to compose himself and draws close to Maya. The sound of MJ’s footsteps disturbs Maya as she gets reminded of her bitter past on hearing them. As he is about to come face to face with her, Rudra comes and stands in front of him. Both Maya and MJ are surprised to see his sudden gesture, he hugs MJ and whispers into his ears, “I know Mr. Mritunjay Roy, how is she related to you!” MJ’s eyes grow big as he gets stunned to learn that. Rudra continues “But unfortunately Rishi and the guests don’t, so please don’t make a fool of yourself and our family in front of the guests!” and on putting a fake smile onto his face, Rudra forwards himself, while motioning MJ not to draw close to Maya. MJ gives in, however he makes an announcement “To all present here, this is a BIG EVENING for me, Mr. Mritunjay Roy as both my sons have found their LIFE PARTNERS, so before we proceed with the engagement, I call all the beautiful couples present here to come and hit their feet on the dance floor!” Rishi smiles in amusement, while Rudra and Maya get tensed. MJ shouts out, “Music!” and pulls Antara along with him to the dance floor. Rishi signs Maya who agrees, however has her heart filled with anxiety. Soon, they too join the dance floor. On seeing them, Rudra brings Ananya and joins in the dance floor. Soon there are quite a few couples dancing in pairs on the dance floor and as the music changes, the couples change their pairs. Soon MJ and Maya, become a pair. Rudra looks on. MJ catches her tightly around her waist and asks, “So Manvi Jaisingh is alive! Was all that you got from me not enough that you have come back to my life targeting my Rishi?” Maya smirks evilly and asks, “What happened, the great fearless MJ got scared on seeing his ex-mistress?” Mritunjay answers back in an irritant tone, “I never fear anything!” Maya counter replies, “Then go and reveal to Rishi, what was the ACTUAL RELATIONSHIP between you and me!” MJ is jolted and unknowingly loosens his grip from Maya’s waist. Rudra is watching them carefully, while Maya continues with a daring stare, “You will not Mr. Mritunjay Roy because YOUR SONS’ LOVE AND RESPECT IS EQUIVALENT TO YOUR OWN LIFE and the Manvi whom you killed has returned as this Maya to bring a STORM into that life of yours!” MJ gets furious and is about to react just when the music changes and Rudra pulls Maya towards him. MJ is startled at Rudra’s action; however, he maintains his posture and continues to dance with his next pair. Rudra demands Maya in a low voice, “What are you doing?” Maya counter asks, “What did I do?” Rudra holds her close and asks, “Why are you playing games with my BROTHER, when you have no feelings for him?” Maya asks him, “Are you worried that your brother will get hurt if I get close to him or you are worried that you will GET HURT WHEN YOU SEE ME WITH HIM?” Rudra is taken aback at that question and gets looking into her eyes. Both share an intense eye lock. “Chaha Tujhe Dil Ne Mere; Toh Saanso Ne Dhokha Diya…. plays in the background” Ananya gets exasperated on noticing the closeness between Rudra and Maya, goes towards them and informs Rudra, “Rudra, I think it’s high time that we start our engagement function!” Rudra nods and catches Ananya’s hand, while leaving Maya’s hand. The latter is heartbroken as she loses her clasp from Rudra’s hand; however, she tries to stay calm telling herself, “Focus Maya, focus! You have come here to avenge MJ and his family and will not fall weak for your feelings!”
Just when Rudra and Ananaya’s engagement is about to start. Rishi calls out announcing, “Today me and Maya will GET ENGAGED ALONG WITH BHAI AND ANANYA!” All including Maya are bewildered to hear that announcement.
