Recap: G&B get contract. Party announced.
-in the night-
Swalak get ready. Swara is wearing a black, off shoulder gown with diamonds studded near the waist area. Laksh was wearing a white shirt and black pants. And a black blazer. Both were looking good. They walked into the party hall and saw everything perfectly done. Sanskar was walking around, helping guests. He looked really handsome. Swalak came to him.
Swara: Good going. U didn’t fall asleep?
Sanskar: N- no ma’am… Both of u r looking good ma’am, sir.
Swalak nodded: Yea. Ok.
Laksh: Continue this.
They went.
Sanskar: Rudemuch!
He got a call. He got happy seeing it. He received it.
Sanskar: Hey Sushil! Sup dude?
Sushil: Nm. Howz work?
Sanskar: Hellish dude.
Sushil: Y?
Sanskar: What do I tell now? My new bosses, r direct descendants of Satan!
Sushil: Lol. What happened? Three days and ur being scolded already?
Sanskar: not scolded, fried. I’m being made a bheja fry here!
Sushil: Wow! Invite me for a grill soon.
Sanskar: A live human barbecue session. I’ll call u soon.
Sushil: Geez! That sounds interestingly barbaric!
Sanskar: Stop annoying me now. I gtg. Business party. Free offer, Get grilled and roasted and then smile and act as if it’s normal.
Sushil: Have fun buddy. Compared to urs, my life is way better.
Sanskar: Thanks. But u calling has made me feel better. Bye.
Sushil: Bye.
(No mysteries here, just a light moment to make Sanky feel better).

Swalak go on stage.
Laksh: Hello everyone. Thank u for coming here. V even have our special clients, Mr Gupta and his team and family with us today. We welcome u. And thank u for coming.
Swara: Pls enjoy the party. It’s in celebration for our new deal with
Mr Gupta. Mr Gupta, can v sign the contract papers tnite in this party?
Mr Gupta nodded.
Swalak: Enjoy yourselves.
They left the stage and mixed with guests. Laksh saw Sanskar.
Laksh: Sanskar! Here. Come here.
Sanskar came nervously.
Sanskar: Yes sir?
Laksh: Get the contract papers.
Sanskar: Sure sir.
He ran to get the papers. He ran to Swalak room with locker key. He went in and opened the locked. He slowly started checking for the files. He couldn’t find it. He got nervous.
Sanskar: OH SHIT! I can’t find them! PLG will kill me!
-with Swalak-
All were sitting. Clients and Swalak.
Mr Gupta: Mr Laksh, Ms Swara, I think v shud sign the papers now so v can all enjoy party.
Laksh looked for Sanskar.
Swara: Yes. We will. One of our assistants have gone to get the file (smiles formally)
Mr Gupta nodded and continued talking with some other ppl.
Swara whispered to Laksh: Laksh! Where r the papers?
Laksh: I sent Sanskar to get it…
Swara: I’ll go and check. U wait here.
Swara went. She saw their cabin strewn around with papers and Sanskar frantically searching.
Swara: Sanskar!
Sanskar turned around looking irritated.
Sanskar: Ma’am?
Swara: Where r the damn papers?
Sanskar: Ma’am, I- I’m not able to find them…
Swara: NOT ABLE TO FIND THEM? U REALISE HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS RITE?????!!!!!!! WHERE IS IT?!
Sanskar scared: I- I- I don’t know, I had kept them here-
Swara: OH SHIT!
She whipped her phone out and called Laksh.
Swara: Hello Laksh!?
Laksh: Hi. What happened?
Swara: Huge disaster. Pls come up here to our cabin.
Laksh: Ok. Coming.
He cut the call. He asked Shivanya to handle Mr Gupta while he excused himself and went.
-in Swalak cabin-
Laksh came running.
Laksh: What happened? Y does this place look so dirty?
Swara: THIS FOOL SANSKAR HAS LOST THE DAMN CONTRACT PAPERS!
Laksh: WHAT?!
He glared at Sanskar.
Sanskar: I- I didn’t lose them! I can’t find them!
Swara: HOW CAN U-
Laksh stopped her. He shook his head. He had a suspicion.
Laksh: Ok, Sanskar, there is no point in me showing u my anger at this point. First tell me, when I gave those papers to u in the morning and asked u to keep it in my locker and gave u my key, what did u do?
Sanskar thought for a minute.
Sanskar: Sir, when u gave it to me, I was going towards ur cabin when Shivanya came and told me that Swara ma’am had given another list of ppl I had to call for today’s party.
Swara nodded at Laksh. Laksh looked at Sanskar.
Laksh: What did u do then?
Sanskar: Well, I was scared that ma’am wud be angry if I didn’t do the work immediately so I went to do it.
Laksh: What happened to the papers? And the key?
Sanskar: I- I gave it to Rita and told her to go and keep the contract in ur cabin and return the key to me.
Swalak had a realisation now. They looked at each other sceptically. They knew what had happened to the papers.
Swara: U FOOL! HOW CAN U GIVE IT TO RITA???!!! U R OUR PA NOT RITA!
Sanskar was shocked: Ma’am, since u trust Rita a lot-
Swara: TRUST RITA? MY FOOT I-
Laksh pinched her hand to make her shut up. Swara realised and shut up. Sanskar was curious and surprised.
Laksh: Leave all of that now. Sanskar, after that did she come and give u the key?
Sanskar: Yes sir. It’s rite here. But-
Swara whispered to Laksh angrily: It’s her again! She’s done it again! I’ll kill her seriously!
Sanskar who heard this was shocked. He didn’t know what was happening. Laksh looked at him. Then he turned to Swara and glared at her.
Laksh whispered: Sssssshhhh! He’s here.
Swara clutched her head. Laksh moved her hand and pulled her into a hug.
Laksh: Calm down. We’ll get the contract signed. Don’t worry.
They pulled away and he kissed her cheek. Sanskar saw this and thought that they must be really close to each other.
Swara: But how?
Laksh: Sanskar, u have the copy on ur laptop rite?
Sanskar: Yes sir. It’s in my cabin. I’ll get it-
Swara made a plan: No wait! Call Rita here instead.
Sanskar looked curiously. But did as he was told to. Rita came in 10mins looking nervous.
Swara: Rita, the contract papers which Sanskar gave to u to keep in my locker aren’t here. Where r they?
Rita: Ma’am, I kept it here and gave the keys to Sanskar.
Swara: Ok. Well it’s not here. Do one thing, u go to Sanskar’s cabin and get another printout from his laptop. GO NOW!
Rita nodded and ran. Sanskar looked at her.
Sanskar: Ma’am, I cud have done it myself. It’s ok tho. I understand u don’t trust me-
Swara: JUST SHUT UP! U THINK I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM DOING? I KNOW MY JOB BETTER THAN U SANSKAR MAHESHWARI. U DO WHAT I TELL U TO! GET IT?
Sanskar was shocked but nodded.
Swara: AND IT IS NOT ABOUT TRUST HERE! SO NOW U STAY HERE AND SEARCH! IF I HAD DOUBTS ON U THEN I WUD BE SENDING U TO UR CABIN AND LETTING RITA STAY IN MINE. If I had doubts on u, then I wouldn’t be here letting u open my laptop and getting another copy of the contract. Now go do ur work! And don’t talk about trust to me! U don’t even know the meaning of trust. It’s just something that destroys ppl. So yes! I TRUST NO ONE WHEN IT COMES TO WORK!
Laksh was also shocked at that speech. Sanskar looked at her as if she’d gone crazy.
Sanskar: S-sorry ma’am. Ma’am, I don’t know ur laptop password.
Swara: Password is Laksh. Now type that and start printing. Don’t ask questions.
Sanskar got to work curiously. Swalak went to Rita’s cabin.
Laksh: Y did u give that speech? U want him to get curious? And u told him ur password? Swara u trusted him that easily?
Swara: Look, I don’t trust anyone. But he’s our PA. And if he thinks that I’m doubting him then he’ll try to find out our truth. I had to do so! And anyways Laksh, he’s not going to do anything. There is childish innocence in him which I really don’t care about. So now SHUT THE HELL UP AND STOP SHOUTING AT ME!!
Laksh: Ok ok! Don’t give a speech now. Come Now! Let’s search.
They started searching everywhere. They searched in her cupboard, everywhere. No luck. Swalak were frustrated.
Swara: OH FREAK! WHERE THE blo*dy HELL ARE THOSE PAPERS?
Laksh: ARREY CALM DOWN! AND STOP SHOUTING DAMMIT! We’ll find it. Come let’s search somewhere else!
They moved towards the door when Swara turned one last time to see if they missed any place. She didn’t see so she was about to turn when suddenly her eyes found a place. She pulled Laksh back.
Swara: Wait Laksh!
-with Mr Gupta-
Swalak came with Sanskar. They joined Mr Gupta and the rest of the group.
Sanskar: We’re really sorry for the delay Mr Gupta. Here r the papers. We’re really very sorry.
Mr Gupta smiled: No problem. Let’s sign this and then enjoy this party.
Swalak went and sat opposite Mr Gupta. Sanskar stood behind Swalak. Mr Gupta signed the papers. Laksh took the pen and signed the papers. Swara took the pen. Just then Rita came out looking satisfied. She saw Swalak with Mr Gupta and smirked but saw that Swara was about to sign and looked shocked. Swara signed the papers and looked up to see Rita’s shocked face and Laksh saw it too. Swara gave the papers to Mr Gupta and all stood up. Swalak shook hands with Mr Gupta and group. Mr Gupta went to enjoy the party. Swalak saw Rita and gave her an evil smirk. They showed her a thumbs down sign and smirked leaving Sanskar shocked.

Swara saw the place she hadn’t checked.
Swara: Laksh! One min.
She slowly went there. She kneeled down. It was near the dustbin. She pulled out papers from the bin. (It only had the papers and some wrappers. So don’t worry her hands don’t get dirty).
Swara: So Laksh, that girl hid the papers here. I must say she’s smart. But not smart enough that she can outwit us!
