Laxmila – the love story (Part 3)

Everyone is sleeping in their rooms.

Urmila in her room looks at the painting. There was no sight of sleep in her eyes. Without her mother’s hand on her head she never sleeps. She thought of going to Sita but the next moment she get up to roam in the garden.
Here laxman is ready with his plan. He knows Urmila will go somewhere outside her room. He has tied a cloth with the chillies and is ready to make them fall on Urmila. He himself hold the rope so that when she come he will leave it and the chilies will fall on her. Laxman was waiting for Urmila. Meanwhile a dasi cross the same place with an oil bowl. She drops that oil on the floor.
Dasi: oh my god! I should clean it before somebody fall.
She goes to bring cloth. Suddenly Laxman sees Urmila coming.
Laxman: Oh my god! She is coming in speed. If she fall.
Urmila comes and she slip on the oil. Laxman leave the rope and rush to her.
Urmila falls…..
…….
……..
……
In laxman’s arm. Laxman hold her and save her. The chilies fall on them. They share a long eye lock.

“Pal bhar thehar jao, dil ye sambhal jaye kaise tumhe roka karu!
Meri tarf aata har gam phisal jaye, ankon me tumko bharuuuuu!”
(wait for a moment to let the heart get stable. How will I stop you?
Any sadness coming my way will slip down, I will fill you in my eyes)

Laxman and Urmila were constantly staring each other.
Dasi: I am really sorry Kumar!
Laxman was about to drop Urmila in surprise but as she was holding him tight she didn’t fall. Laxman help her to stand on her feet.
Laxman: dasi! You should not repeat this. What is rajkumari Urmila fall? Be careful.
Dasi goes. Laxman turns to Urmila who was standing with her hand on her waist and face with anger.
Laxman: are u ok Rajkumari? That dasi has drop oil on the floor.
Urmila: I understand that but what about this chilli? Dasi drop it from air?
Laxman: I am sorry I just want to….
Both of them sneeze loudly that result in the collision of their head.
Urmila: youuuuuuu!
Urmila goes to her room in anger. Laxman smiles.

Morning

Urmila is sitting with ram and Sita recalling Siam marriage. Laxman came and stares Urmila who turn her face from him.
Laxman: bhabhi! What are you going to make today for lunch.
Sita: tell me laxman what you want to eat?
Before Laxman could say something.
Urmila: that’s not fair jijasri. When you were in Mithila I myself show you whole state. But you didn’t want to give me tour of Ayodhya.
Ram: I am really sorry Urmila. I just forget it. Ok its decided tomorrow you will visit the whole Ayodhya.
Urmila: thank you jijasri you are the best.
Sita: but tomorrow is an important meeting in the court. You have to attend that also.
Ram: oh yes! Don’t worry Urmila tomorrow Laxman will be your guide. Ok Laxman?
Laxman(surprised) Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
Ram: yes. Do you have any problem?
Laxman: why should I have any problem? Ask her if she could have problem.
Urmila: no I don’t have any problem. Don’t talk to me in the journey. No problem will arise.
Laxman: I talk. You are a bak- bak box.
Urmila: what did you say?
Laxman: nothing. Be ready tomorrow.
Laxman goes. Urmila smiles and turn to ram.
Urmila: jijasri! Your brother is a lion. Everytime anger on nose.
Ram and Urmila laugh. Sita stares at them in anger.
Sita: how dare you to say this? And swami you too are laughing. Don’t laugh at my brother in law.
Sita goes in anger. Ram and Urmila again burst into laughter.

Next day
Laxman was waiting for Urmila in the royal garden.
Laxman: what a headache? Girls can never come on time.
Urmila came. She was dressed in red and golden lehnga with hair open on her side. Laxman get spellbound by her beauty.
“Tere sath sath aisa koi noor aaya hai, chand teri roshni ka halka sa ek saaya hai
Teri nazroon ne dil ka kiya jo hashr asar wo hua, ab inme hi doob ke ho jaun paar yehi hai duaaa!”
( with you came a noor, moon is just a shadow of your light.
The result of your eyes magic, my wish is that I get the destination in them)
Urmila: am I looking alright?
Laxman: (in his heart) I don’t have words to describe.(in reality) I don’t have time. We are already late. Come fast.
Urmila: whom am I asking? But why are we going toward rath.
Laxman: will you be able to walk?
Urmila: why not?
Laxman: ok then come.
They leave the palace.

Urmila and Laxman first went to the ashram where small children and girls were taught.
Some children saw Laxman and in joy came to them.
Child: Kumar!! You come to play with us?
Child 2: what are you asking? He always play with us whenever he come. Right kumar?
Laxman: (thinks) if I will play with them Urmila will again laugh at me will get a new topic to play prank on me. No no I should not play.
Laxman: what are you saying child? How I can play? I am very much old to play these game. And first of all greet Rajkumari Urmila, Sita bhabhi’s sister and mithila’s princess.
All children greet her.
Child1 whisper with other children: what happen to kumar Laxman?
Laxman: Rajkumari! This is Ayodhya’s elementary school. You see that? Let’s proceed now.
Laxman turn to leave. After moving some steps he realized that Urmila is not following him. He turns and see Urmila setting the wickets.
Laxman: what are you doing?
Urmila: you may be very much old to play these games but I am really young and fit, and can play games.
Laxman smiles hard. Some children came and request him to play and he agreed.
Laxman: but I will bat first.
Urmila: how can you? You came late so go and become a fielder. I will bat.
Laxman: but before you I always open. And I will not let you open. Yes you can bowl if you can.
Urmila: the thing that goes is gone. I will bat first.
Child: (in a lovely tone) ohoho. They are fighting like children.
Urmila and Laxman burst into laughter.
Child2: I have an idea lets toss.
Urmila takes heads and Laxman tails. Laxman win.
Laxman bat first and Urmila bowled. The first bowl goes and ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….hits the stump. oooooooouuuuuutttttttttttttttttt
Urmila screams and start dancing with children.

Urmila: yipeeeee Sumitranandan out.
Child 1: you know what this is the first time he get out on first bowl.
Laxman stares Urmila dancing with children and start smiling.

“muskurana bhi tujhi se sikha hai, dil lagane ka tu hi tareeka hai
Aetbaar bhi tujhi se hota hai, rahu na hosh me mai kabhi”#

Urmila sees Laxman and tease him with her expressions.
