Lawsuit against Kapil Sharma by a US based firm

A lawsuit has been filed again Indian comedian Kapil Sharma by Sai USA Inc for breach of contract from his 2015 tour of North America.

According to Amit Jaitly, a well-known promoter of shows in America, the case in point is that of six shows that Kapil Sharma signed and paid for in North America in 2015.

The actor, it is alleged by Jaitly, has failed to perform in the six cities which were mentioned in the report. He had even committed to make up for the loss but never did.  But Jaitly said, “He did not perform and has not responded although we tried several times to get in touch with him before the court.”

He further informed ETimes TV that the case is still pending in NY court and they will definitely be taking legal action against him. The actor is at present in Canada and is slated to perform in New York in the second week of July. Kapil left for Canada last month. He has already performed in Vancouver with his team which includes Krushna Abhishek, Rajiv Thakur, Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakravarti. The cast of TKSS is now in Toronto for another live show.
