- Bihar Police has arrived in Mumbai to probe an investigation in the case but Mumbai Police is not lending a supportive hand leading to more suspicions. May clips are available on social media where Mumbai Police are seen misbehaving with the Bhar Police. Bihar Police officials are not even provided with a vehicle to move around in the times of lockdown.

- Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey claimed that IPS officer Vinay Tiwari was put under house arrest in Mumbai on the pretext of quarantine.Speaking to IANS, Pandey alleged that the Mumbai Police was “not cooperating” with Bihar Police in the probe into the alleged suicide case of the Bollywood actor and was “speaking the language of actress Rhea Chakraborty” who has been blamed by the bereaved family for the death of Rajput.
“Mumbai Police is parroting Rhea Chakraborty’s stand. She is saying Bihar Police can’t investigate the case and the Mumbai Police is supporting her contention,” Pandey remarked.
- A recent IANS report quoted Bihar DGP who said, “In the past four years, around Rs 50 crore was credited to the bank account of Sushant Singh Rajput but surprisingly all of it was withdrawn. In one year, Rs 17 crore was credited to his account, out of which Rs 15 crore was withdrawn. Isn’t this a crucial point to be investigated? We are not going to sit quiet. We will question them (Mumbai Police) as to why such leads are hushed up.”
- “Instead of sharing evidence or handing over the postmortem and forensic reports of Sushant, they (Mumbai) have almost house arrested our SP. I have not seen such non-cooperation by any other state police. If the Mumbai Police are sincere in their approach, they should share the investigation with us,” he said, according to IANS.
- Bihar CM has promised a CBI probe into the matter after the request of the family.
- It is in proof that Sushant’s father prompted Mumbai Police about Sushant’s life being in danger. He did so in February itself but Mumbai Police didn’t pay much heed to it.
