The episode starts with everyone having their breakfast. Thakumaa asks Bihari to pack lunch for Bondita and Anirudh. Anirudh tells no need for that, as Bondita is not going to court from today. Everyone looks stunned and shocked, Ksj asks, why? Bondita beta, are you fine? Bondita nods yes. Thakumaa asks then, what happened? You said that you got new case also then if you don’t go to court then who will take care of that. Bondita remains silent. Anirudh tells I will tell you the reason.
(Previous night)
Bondita tells that she came to meet him and tells that from tomorrow she won’t come to court. Anirudh looks shocked and asks why? She says,I want to do something else .She says Sakha babu I am Barrister now but I cannot be peaceful after seeing the women in ashram and whatever happening in village. Anirudh says Bondita I can’t understand what you are trying to say. Bondita says, Sakha babu I am going to start campaign. Anirudh tells but Bondita we already discussed about that and I am arranging a place for you regarding this work. Bondita says I didn’t completed what I was saying. She continuous, yes I said about campaign for education but for now I had made changes to that. Anirudh looks puzzled. He asks that means. Bondita says I am going to stand up with all women who are suffering from this cruelty that is prevailing in this society. Anirudh looks shocked as well as surprised. Bondita says, I want to make changes Sakha babu and be the reason for that changes. Anirudh says, “Bondita I can understand but can you tell me what is making you to stop from being going to court you can do this also”.
Bondita says Sakha babu I said I will not come to court, that doesn’t mean what you thought .I am going to start this campaign, I know most women don’t know how to proceed with law and about punishment for certain practices. First I have to educate about that, their rights in this society and make sure that they are not alone in this battle but Bondita is also with them. I have decided that I will make women raise out their opinion without any fear. She says also I will work on Polygamy along with you. Anirudh looks stunned. Bondita tells she will fight for women in court for cruel things that’s happening with them. So no women fears that they can’t do anything against their sufferings. I am going to assure them and show them new path. Anirudh looks proud on her words, he says Sabash Bondita, I don’t have words to express my feeling, you have chosen your path and I will follow and guard you. Bondita gets happy on Anirudh accepting her decision.
(Present day)
Everyone looks Bondita. She smiles. KSj says but this path is so difficult if not handled properly then that women’s sasural members can be her life threatening people. Anirudh says in raised tone nobody can touch my Bondita, I will protect her each and every second. Bondita looks at Anirudh, She thinks Sakha babu you said my Bondita, I was dying to hear this. Thakumaa calls Bondita but she is still thinking about what Anirudh said Tapur goes and calls Bondita di and taps her, Bondita comes to reality. Thakumaa asks if she is sure about her decision. Bondita says I am firm in my decision and I will not change for anybody. Everyone looks worried.
In study room Bondita tells everything again to Anirudh, they both discuss name for their campaign. Bondita says Rashogulla. Anirudh asks whether she wants. She says no Sakha babu our campaign name, my maa always tells to start new beginnings with sweet and I like Rashogulla so it will be good if you don’t like we can keep kheer as it is you favorite. Anirudh says what? Bondita are you serious, I am thinking very hard you are talking about food. Bondita laughs, okay Sakha babu I have thought a name, Anirudh says even I thought one. Bondita asks him to tell first, Anirudh asks her to tell, they argue. And finally both says okay it’s Satyamev Jayate at same time, they got stunned as both have thought same name and laugh (RTM plays).
Bondita writes in her diary about the incident happened today, she closes and keeps aside. She goes to sleep. In study room Anirudh is reading some book, he gets Bondita’s thought he thinks Bondita has grown and he is very proud about her thoughts. He recalls his happy moment with her and smiles, he takes her picture which he kept in her study table and tells “Bondita I don’t know but now a days I am feeling very strange you were here till now but I feel heavy after you return to sleep”. Anirudh gets up and walk to Bondita’s room, he sees her sleeping. He admire her and notice her hand in which she tattooed “Anirudh Bondita” and recalls that incident where when she was small tells him, “Pati babu now we are inseparable”. Anirudh gets emotional and he takes his hand to her hair and suddenly realize what Bondita said that they are no longer husband and wife. He takes back his hand and walks out and thinks Bondita is my responsibility but why does that word stuck in his heart, he returns to his room.
Sampoorna comes and wakes up Bondita and says Anirudh is calling her. Bondita asks in sleep tone, this much early why Sakha babu is calling me, Sampoorna says its 8 am is that early for you? Bondita in widened eyes, asks what? I am sleeping like panda Sampoorna di, she smiles and says it’s okay Bondita you get ready fast as there are some people waiting to meet you. Bondita gets ready and comes down. She asks Sampoorna di who are they and why they want to meet me? I don’t know Bondita, KSj is also with them. Bondita gets excited. She greets everyone. Anirudh introduces Bondita to everyone, he says,” She is Barrister Bondita Das this campaigns head. Bondita looks at Anirudh, he gives her some paper and tells that she is now officially head of “Satyamev Jayate campaign” and tells her that this paper work has every details about village people. He then says that, she is also in their polygamy abolishment team. Bondita gets emotional and thinks how Sakha babu you have made this sooner.
Binoy comes there and asks Sampoorna why people have gathered? Sampoorna tells him that Bondita has started a campaign so they are discussing about that. Binoy tells that he is heading to Kolkata for factory work and asks her to inform family members as it is an emergency. He also says to take care of Bondita as this can be her life threatening.
KSj and Thakumaa bless Bondita for her new beginning. Somnath comes there in panic and calls Anirudh and tells him that he has bought some important news and tells something to him. Anirudh looks shocked hearing that.
