Zee TV’s upcoming show Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain which features Akshita Mudgal and Hitesh Bhardwaj in the lead roles will narrate the story of Paragi and Sanjay who are preparing for UPSC exams. The show will showcase how things are different for women and men.
Lakshay who had worked with Akshita in the show ‘Ishq Par Zor Nahi’ shares a great camaraderie with the actress, talked about her new show in a recent interview and shared, “Well, Akshita had discussed that she was offered this show while she was doing ‘Ishq Par Zor Nahi’ when it was about to get off-air and suddenly, we got the news about the extension so she put down the offer, but IPZN went off air so she was in a dilemma that whether the casting of the new show is still on but I think makers really wanted her and she finally bagged the role. She shared her journey of all the mock shoots she had to go through. I think she was destined to be a part of the show”.
Talking about the promo of ‘Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain’, Lakshya added, “Promo has been shot really beautifully, Akshita looks really pretty in the promo too, she looks completely different to what she looked in her previous show as she has transformed herself, she lost weight for this character. It’s commendable how she transforms herself every time for different characters as she had to gain weight to ace the character of ‘Ishqi’. The show gives really good vibes and looks like it has been shot on a grand scale. Going by the promo, this looks like a sure shot hit”.
