Mahadev tells Narayan that this ocean is changing, a lot can be offered by it, continue with your manthan, he leaves with Shakti. Narayan tells Sagar that he threatened the world and everyone to take revenge against him but what will he do now? you will lose your ocean, your power and everything because of your rage. Asurs and Devtas start manthan again. Lakshmi tells Sagar that you will lose everything, the ocean will give up everything it has to offer if the manthan is completed. Sagar orders his soldiers to attack Narayan’s force but Lakshmi stops them and they all faint. She tells Sagar that she is going to fight against wrong. Sagar says he won’t spare Narayan. He tries to attack Lakshmi’s protective tree but she stands in front of him and says you can’t harm any life of this Earth. Jaldevi says you are going against your father? She says I am bound by my duty and even if I have to attack my father for that, I will. She stops Sagar’s attack on her tree.
Asurs and Devtas are doing manthan and the gold treasure comes to the ocean surface. Indar says we will take it but Narayan says Asurs have the right on first. Asurs joke that they don’t need this petty gold, the commoners can take it. Narayan asks Indar to take it then. Asurs says we will take whatever comes up next.
Jaldevi tells Lakshmi that she can’t go against her parents. Lakshmi says you already have lost that right so you can’t expect anything from me now.
Sagar is trying to stop manthan but Lakshmi stops him and says you can’t keep me away from Narayan. Indar’s elephant Elawat comes to the surface during manthan. Asurs say we will take it from him. Narayan says let them take it, Aditi says this must be his plot. She asks Narayan why is he giving up Elawat so easily? Narayan says Indar is okay with giving him up. Aditi says we don’t want him, we will take more valuable items. Narayan says fine and gives Elawat to Indar.
Rishikeshav tells other priests that they have to go to Narayan. They all come to meet with Narayan. Rishi says we had to come here to see you get reunited with Lakshmi. Next, the cow comes up during manthan. Mahabali says we don’t want it as it just gives milk. Suwarbhanu tells him to at least take something. Mahabali says I want Amrit. Narayan says fine, he gives the cow to Rishi to help lives on Earth with its milk.
Sagar tells Lakshmi that he won’t let stop him, he tries to attack but can’t. Lakshmi says the whole world is against you now.
Devshi tells Narayan that your justice is unique, and everyone is getting what they deserve. The ocean is bringing up all valuable beings. Soon, Lakshmi will come up. Narayan says Sagar will pay for this.
Lakshmi tells Sagar that his rage will make him lose everything.
Madira comes up next in manthan. Varuni Devi brings it up. Mahabali says we want it. Narayan says I am giving Varuni and madira to you then.
