Scene 1
Hirayankaship’s wife Kayadu is praying for her baby’s birth and prays to Narayan to bless her with a baby that will be immortal. Narayan blesses her and says your son will be immortal, no one will be able to kill him. Lakshmi says why are you blessing her? She is Hirayankaship’s wife so why is she praying to you? Narayan says she might be giving birth to his baby but she is praying sincerely so its my duty to bless her.
Hirayankaship’s Asurs are beating up innocent humans and he says Narayan can’t even protect his people so you should accept me as your new God. Say you bow to me now. They all remain silent so he shouts at them to chant his name as their God but they don’t. He says you will see my wrath. A woman says we should accept him as our God as Narayan doesn’t even care about us, he is not here to protect us. All others agree and chant Hirayankaship’s name as their God. He smirks and says they have found their new God so my idol should be made, everyone will do my pooja from now on.
Asurs beat up people on Earth and stop them from praying to Narayan. His new followers chant his name.
Kayadu is praying but Devraj comes there and says we have to stop this as Hirayankaship is on the wrong path, we have to kill his wife and his heir. He attacks her but she runs away from there. He goes behind her.
Scene 2
Hirayankaship gets his idol made and asks people to do his aarti, they all do it. He laughs and says I rule the world now. Narayan comes there and says you are blinded by greed. Hirayankaship says I am the new God, they don’t need you. Narayan says people are following you because of fear and not loyalty so this has to end.
Devraj is going to behind Kayadu but Lakshmi finds her and stops him. She says I won’t let you do this. He says we have to kill Hirayankaship’s heir. She says you have no right to decide on the fate of anyone, if you attack her then you will go against Narayan and Lakshmi. He says you are protecting these sinners? Lakshmi says you did a sin before so don’t do it again, he nods and leaves. Kayadu is crying in labor pain so Lakshmi rushes to her. Other Asur women arrive there to help her. Kayadu gives birth to a baby. She thanks Lakshmi for helping her become a mother. Lakshmi smiles and says he is Prahlad, he is going to bring happiness in the world.
Hirayankaship tells Narayan that no one can kill him, I am immortal.
Kayadu asks Lakshmi who is she to help her? (Lakshmi is in her human form). Lakshmi says I am just a commoner, she starts leaving but Kayadu stops her and says you can’t be a commoner, you have protected this baby so swear on him to tell me who you are? Lakshmi looks on.
