Arun walks to Raghav’s new bungalow with wedding card and thinks his daughter will be very happy here. He sees a new car and gifts around. Rani asks what why did he come without informing them. Arun asks if he cannot come and asks about Jwala. Rani says mummy is in a meeting and asks him to wait in living room. Arun feels humiliated and goes to check in where he sees marriage broker discussing about dowry for Raghav. Rani asks why did he come here. Arun offers wedding card to Jwala. Jwala crosses her legs in front of him. Jwala tells Chedi and guests that Arun is her samdhi and she has fixed her son’s alliance with his daughter, hence she cannot accept their offer. Chedi says a brand new car with money bundles is waiting outside. She says she will speak to them later and says her samdhi is a big officer and will pay huge for her son. Chedi and guests walk away. Chanchal reminiscing Jwala’s challenge records video. Jwala after her heavy dialogues demands 50 lakhs as dowry from Arun.
Raghav goes to a restaurant to have food when Chanchal calls him and says he is being auctioned for dowry. Raghav unable to hear him dur to noise says he cannot hear anything. Chanchal says he has sent him a video and to watch it right now. Raghav stands confused, his phone switches off, and he keeps it for charging.
Maithili with Aarti on the other side practices dance for her sangeet ceremony and requests Bhavana to choreograph the song for them. Bhavana hesitates at first but then agrees. After sometime, she gets Arun’s sherwani and after showing it to Aarti goes to keep it in his cupboard and stands shocked seeing his medical reports.
Jwala demands 50 lakhs from Arun. Arun shocked asks if she is demanding dowry. She says its a remuneration for making her son a big officer. He says he is against dowry. She says he doesn’t value Maithili as she is his adopted and not biologic daughter and doesn’t want to spend on her. She continues trying to manipulate him. He asks her to stop and asks if Raghav knows about it. She says and gives her phone to call Raghav saying her son is a shravan kumar and obeys her, though he doesn’t value his daughter. Mangi watching that hiding hopes Arun doesn’t take phone. Jwala confidently thinks one who speaks a lot wins always. Arun stands senseless in shock.

I too hate this Jwala Madam and totally hate the way she is literally putting a price tag around her son, Raghav. But Maithili is no saint either. I mean I like her character and all but this exaggeration of ITV shows of portraying this fls to be too family oriented is just too much. I mean it’s just too much that Maithili thinks too much for her family but that much for her Raghav. I agree that the marriage can be simple and this dowry system should be screwed but I hated the way Maithili chose engagement ring for Raghav. Fine, she doesn’t want to spend her father’s money and not give burden to him and all is fine. But come on, it is his engagement ring, something which he is going to wear for his entire life as a symbol of their relationship and for that she chose to give him too cheap ring was just not acceptable. Okay, she need not have given him a very costly, diamond studded heavy ring but atleast she could have him something special and different. Fine, Raghav is not like his mother and is a simple and humble person but then he is also a human being. He does Maithili and her decisions but since Maithili has this tag of being a officer’s daughter, people will for sure mock him saying, your wife is from a such a reputed family and she chose such a cheap ring for you?
According to Raghav’s character, he will never ask or blame Maithili for that but then being human it would surely hurt him. Maithili’s decision about the ring was SO WRONG.
Now also, I have a feeling that to please her stupid foster mother she will also put Raghav into trouble, Raghav’s entire family should be punished except for Raghav and Chanchal. If Maithili punishes Raghav too along with his family just for the sake her family’s happiness and her mother’s happiness then she will be no less a greedy b*t*h like Jwala. There it will show Maithili too is greedy only for her family’s happiness like Jwala.
Please makers, stop showing this FLs to be OVERLY FAMILY ORIENTED, that they will never go against their family doing wrong but always against everyone else in the world. This is NOT A GOOD MESSAGE TO BE SPREAD THROUGH YOUR FLS! PLEASE
