Maithili confronts Jwala that her selected engagement ring is very special to him and her emotions with him will keep her and Raghav connected forever. Aarti praises her. Raghav praises Maithili’s thinking and tells Jwala that Mahithili is right and he is proud of his wife. Aarti says Maithili is not yet his wife. Chanchal claps saying this is the best jodi followed by all guests. Raghav takes ring from Jwala and gives it to Maithili. Everyone clap when Maithili puts ring in Raghav’s hand. Jwala claps and thinks she shouldn’t have underestimated Maithili. Back home, Jwala seeing mosquitoes angrily hits them with a slipper fuming on Maithili. Chanchal taunts that she got a tit for tat. Jwala shouts that she wanted to sell diamond jewelry and buy a new mobile and lot more, but Maithili gifted a small golden ring and shattered her dreams. Maithili on the other side takes Arun to her room and shows a fully bloomed brahmakamal/lotus. Arun gets happy and says when she is blooming now, why was she sad yesterday during ring exchange ceremony. She changes the topic. He says he will miss her after she gets married and leaves his house. She says he need not worry as she will be in the same city and hugs him emotionally.
Jwala continues her drama when landline phone rings. She picks and shouts she will not pay any utility bill. Raghav’s college asks to call Raghav. Family asks her to calm down and not insult Raghav. She says she switched on radio by mistake. He says he is Raghav’s colleague speaking and wants to inform Raghav about results. Raghav takes call and informs family that his results will be out tomorrow at 11 a.m. Jwala gets tensed.
Maithili is sound asleep when Raghav calls her and nervously informs about his results. She cheers him up with her logic. Next morning, tensed Jwala prays god for Raghav’s results and asks Mangi also to pray. Whole family eagerly waits for result. Maithili prays for Raghav. Aarti taunts her. Maithili says even she prays during her results and hurriedly picks her laptop seeing its 11 a.m. Raghav also nervously checks his name in list and doesn’t found it in list, he checks repeatedly and panics thinking he failed.
Precap: Raghav romantically holds Maithili’s hand and says he doesn’t want to leave it. Maithili says there will be mehandi on her hands tonight.
Jwala burns her dress and orders family that nobody will attend mehandi function.
