Raghav and Maithili’s wedding continues. Panditji asks bride and groom to extend their hands. They both reminisce their first meeting and their romance after that. Jwala gives Maithili’s hand in Raghav’s hand. Maithili reminisces asking Sadhna why would Raghav marry her. Sadhna says to save his job. Raghav reminisces Maithili complaining against him and his family. Pandit asks bride and groom to take oath, and repeat it. Pandit asks to perform gatbandhan. Mangi asks Jwala who will perform it. Jwala says their family’s donkey. Chanchal ties gatbandhan. Panditji asks bride and groom to perform pheras. Maithili while performing pheras promises to protect her papa’s dignity at any cost. Arun calls Maithili and Sadhna and gets tensed when they don’t
Arun requests nurse to discharge him. Nurse says only doctor can decide about it. Arun says he is fine now, says he needs to go to washroom and asks to remove his IV lines. Panditji asks groom to fix mangalsutra in bride’s neck. Raghav does. Pandit says bride is now married to the groom, now he should finish sindhoor ritual. Sadhna shows sindhoor bottle. Raghav remembers Maithili’s words that she doesn’t repent filing complaint against his family. He picks sindhoor. Jwala unveils Maithili’s hairline Raghav applies sindhoor in her hairline, some falls on her nose. His BIL comments its a good sign. Panditji says now wedding is complete and they can take elder’s blessings. Raghav walks away saying he will wait outside without taking elder’s blessings, breaking gathbandhan. Maithili touches Jwala’s feet, but she backs off and says its okay as she will reach home first welcome bahu and then bless her there. She leaves with her family while Maithili stands alone.
Arun returns home and is shocked to see Maithili in a bridal dress; he asks what is happening, she need not worry as they both will fight against injustice, she will not marry Raghav. She stops him and informs that she married Raghav with her wish on the planned wedding muhurath, she couldn’t cancel the wedding due to some misunderstanding, Raghav is a good boy who loves her immensely and will keep her happy, she wanted to wait till Arun returns but wanted to finish wedding on the planned time. Arun says she is lying. She says she is not and like any girl who dreams of her own house, she wants her husband’s house. Arun looking at Sadhna says someone is forcing her to lie, her papa will fight for her. She says she doens’t want to him to fight as she realized that she was letting such a good boy and family go, she will handle any upcoming problems as she loves Raghav and has taken a decision. He says he doens’t know why she is lying, but if this is her truth, then he is fine; she has to choose between him and greedy Raghav.
Precap: Arun denies to bless Maithili and walks away saying she betrayed him and hence he will not perform her bidayi/farewell, asks family to come in and stranger/Maitili to leave the house.
Maithili with teary eyes gets into Raghav’s car. Jwala asks Raghav where is her bahu. Raghav says she left on her way.
