Raghav sees Maithili outside hospital and asks if she came to show her greatness here. She says she is sorry for his mother’s attempt at suicide. He blames her and says she ruined his family’s reputation and almost ruined his career with her dowry complaint. He says he went missing and didn’t even pick her calls. He shouts he had gone to training. She says she doesn’t regret file divorce complaint as his mother demanded dowry from her father and her father fell ill after that. A speeding bike passes by, and he pulls her towards him and saved her. Their argument continues. Mangi calls Raghav and he walks in. Jwala starts her drama and acts as subconsciously murmuring its her son’s marriage today. Raghav tries to calm her down. Maithili walks in. Jwala rushes to her calling her as her bahu and pleads to forgive her and agree to marry Raghav. Maithili says she came here accompanying her papa to meet her and nothing else. Jwala continues her drama and draws veil on Raghav and Maithili. Maithili remembers Jwala demanding dowry from Arun and Arun’s health deteriorating in shock, etc. and walks aside. Veil tears into 2 pieces.
Doctor calls Raghav and informs that Jwala has a clot near left side of brain and if they give her more stress it may turn into hemorrhage and risk her life. Jwala and Arun hear their conversation standing outside. Mangi runs and hoding Maithili’s feet pleads her to marry Raghav and fulfill Jwala’s wish. Maithili denies. Raghav asks Mangi to let Maithili go. Maithili walks away. Do pal ruka yadon ka karwa.. song plays in the background. Raghav stops Maithili and hopes he had not met her at all. Maithili walks away and cries after getting car with Arun. Arun consoles her and says he is proud of her that she didn’t give up for Jwala and Mangi’s emotional blackmail. Maithili says everyone are blaming her instead of Jwala. Arun asks if her decision is firm. She says yes. He says whatever she did is an example for others and he is proud of her. A girl offers flower to Maithili. Maithili thanks her and asks why did she give her flower. Girl says she saw her on TV and is proud of her, even her mummy has come to meet her. Girl’s mummy shows her thumps up, and she smiles.
Raghav confronts Mangi for touching Maithili’s feet and says he is qualified and will get a lecturer’s job again, but cannot see his parents’ insult. Arun gets a call and gets tensed. Mangi video calls Sadhana and yells what did she feed her orphan adopted daughter that she filed complained against them and his Jwala madam attempted suicide. Sadhna worried asks how is Jwala now. Jwala showing her original evil expressions says now she should be worried for her husband instead as there is an enquiry on him. Arun and Maithili reach Raghav’s bungalow where investing officer says all the electronic items and furniture are gifted by Arun as dowry.
Precap: Sadhna requests Raghav to take marry Maithili and save Arun from losing his job. She then threatens Maithili to marry Raghav and spare her father. Jwala shows her evil expressions and says she has trapped Arun in dowry case.
