Arun feels sad seeing wedding decoration being removed. Maithili says he must be feeling weird seeing the decoration removed, she is tensed why didn’t he react hearing her filing divorce complaint against Raghav’s family. Sadhna informs Arun that advocate has come and orders Maithili to go to her room. Arun meets lawyer who informs that there is no evidence that Raghav’s family demanded dowry, but there is a evidence that he gave dowry as he transferred 4 lakhs in Jwala’s account and it may go against him and there may be an enquiry on him. Sadhna asks if he will be suspended. Lawyer says yes and even his gratitude and pension may be canceled. Sadhna says his years of hard work will go in vain. Lawyer says if Raghav files counter complaint against him, he can lose everything. Arun says he hasn’t done anything wrong and hence has decided not to back off. Sadha gets tensed and blames Maithili for Arun’s problems.
Vigilance officer tongue lashes Raghav that being a new officer, his family did a sin of taking dowry, there will be enquiry on him and if Maithili doesn’t take back complaint against him, he will be suspended from job and may even lose it. Jwala reacts. Raghav stops her and sends officers away. Jwala insists him to call Maithili and ask her to take back complaint. Raghav says his parents and family’s dignity is most important and he is ready to lose his job. He checks empty rooms and says they haven’t used these rooms yet means they can live in their old house, so he will resign his job and will shift to their old house. Jwala tries her emotional blackmailing in vain. Raghav changes his dress and walks out of house to resign from job. Jwala fails to stop him. Mangi blames Jwala’s greediness for their situation and walks away thinking he will set the things right. Jwala walks on terrace remembering officer and Mangi’s words.
Arun chats with Maithili and says he is proud of her that she didn’t change her rules and suggests her to listen to her heart. Mangi reaches them and pleads them to forgive him and his family. Raghav reaches office where his subordinates are busy watching his dowry news. He enters his cabin and writes a resignation letter from his house that Jwala tried to commit suicide and is rushed to hospital. Mangi also gets the same news and with Maithili and Arun rushes to hospital cursing himself for scolding Jwala. Arun asks him to calm down. They reach hospital. Maithili asks them to go in while she parks the car. Raghav also reaches hospital and they both look at each other.
Precap: Jwala apologizes Maithili and requests her to marry Raghav. Maithili denies. Raghav hopes he had never met Maithili. Maithili cries in car. Arun says he is proud of her that she didn’t change her rules.
