The Episode starts with Shiv asking driver to take him to airport. He sees Ishani’s missed calls and calls her back. Ishani picks the call. Shiv asks are you alright? Ishani asks did you transfer money in my account. Shiv says you are very straight about the money, and tells that money is transferred from his side, and asks her to check with the bank. He ends the call. Ishani comes to the hotel and sees it all broken. Sumeet says heroine came and asks her to see that nothing is left. Ishani asks why did you do this? He says you didn’t fulfill your promise, so I have fulfilled mine. Ishani says all this have happened due to Shiv Dhooper and says she will not leave him.
Shiv is in the meeting and tells that if they are with him, then they can achieve all these targets. He says he wants to see his business module and asks the employee to start the presentation Just then Ishani’s voice message comes as his phone gets connected to the speaker. Ishani asks if is your business commitment, and tells that her family is in trouble due to her. She says you don’t see anyone’s hardwork as you think just about yourself and don’t value anyone. She says we got the food delivered in your hotel and you did this to us. Shiv calls Sandip and asks if the money is sent to Ishani. Sandip says no. Shiv gets angry on him. Jagdish asks Ishani why did you hide from me, and regrets to trust them. Ishani tells that he had got the heart attack before and that’s why she didn’t tell him. Bhupen sees the photo of the broken hotel and says now sit on the road. Sumeet calls Bhupen. Bhupen says he is very happy seeing Ishani’s destruction. Sumeet says he will make her taste the dust. Bhupen says ok, I will meet you in the evening.
Shiv calls him and asks if he got the money transferred to Ishani’s account. Bhupen asks what? Shiv says Ishani Kulkarni’s payment. He says he has forgotten. Shiv asks him to get his mind treated. He says I left Bangalore meeting and came here, just for this. Bhupen says it is a small thing. Shiv says I will decide what is big and small, and says People are calling me fraud because of you. Meena shouts asking him, how he is talking to his Mama. Bhupen tells that it is ok. Kiran tries to calm down. Shashi tries to defend Shiv. Meena shouts and argues with them. She tells that Shiv has done wrong with Randeep. Randeep says it is the matter between Shiv and me. His wife argues with Randeep to let her mother say on behalf of him. Tina tries to calm down everyone. Shiv shouts enough and asks them not to fight. Bhupen apologizes to Shiv. Tina asks Shiv to go and solve the problem. Shiv goes. Meena and Bhupen sign each other.
Shiv calls someone and tells that he wants all details. He comes to the city corporation office with the lawyer and finds Sumeet. He says I know you are the one who can do this. Sumeet asks what did you do? Shiv says you have snatched someone business for a girl and ruined them. Sumeet asks him to be in his limits. Shiv puts his hand in the tea and says what do you think that you are smart that you will send the fake notice and nobody will find out. Sumeet says she is my girlfriend what is your problem? Shiv says I will show you, what I can do. He takes him from there. Ishani looks at the hotel utensils in their house and recalls their happy days. Bezubaan song plays…She gets Shiv’s call, but rejects it repeatedly. He messages her, asking her to reach her hotel as soon as possible. She reaches her hotel, and thinks where is Mr. Lamp post, I shouldn’t have come here. She thinks I will manage myself, but how Baba will stay without his hotel. Shiv brings Sumeet hotel and tells him that you got the hotel broken for your fake notice. He makes him fall on Ishani’s feet. He says you have broken someone’s dreams, the people who don’t lie or betray anyone. He asks him to keep the board back, else he will ruin him. Sumeet says I am doing. Ishani gets teary eyes. Shiv says you was right, money was not transferred. He says if money was transferred, then you all wouldn’t have suffered. He says I am really sorry, Ishani. He turns to go. Ishani says this hotel has helped Baba in his bad times, it is the house of his happiness, his identity and pride. She says today you have returned his life to him, thank you so much. Sumeet is about to drop the board while fixing it. Ishani shouts and feels drowsy. Shiv makes her sit and gives her water. He says he is tired of lifting her, whenever she falls unconscious. She says I am coming from hospital just now. He says I had taken you to hospital. He asks how did you get the injury? Ishani doesn’t say. She gets up and is about to fall. He holds her. The title song plays….
