The Episode starts with Jagdish and his family welcoming Dhoopars in their house. The neighbors gossip that Shiv has not come. Shiv comes there. Rachna says Shiv jiju also came. Jagdish says they will do his aarti. Pooja does their aarti happily. Jagdish asks where are others? Kiran says Shashi and Tina went to temple. Shiv tells Ishani that he knows what she did? Ishani says if you are getting angry. Shiv asks how dare she to behave such with Maa. Ishani asks what did I do? He shows the photo. Yash tells that he has clicked the photo in such a way that makes him angry. He says Jagdish uncle was happy seeing you here. Ishani says you can go if you want to go. Yash asks Pooja if he can have water. Pooja gives him water. Yash drinks it and says you have lied. Yash says yes and then says that he was thirsty. She says Ishani told her, how he brought Shiv here. Yash says everything is fair in love and war. Pooja says there will be just fight between them. Yash asks what is between us? Pooja and Yash looks at each other. He goes out. Rachna comes there and says Dhoopars at my house. She is about to fall. Yash holds her. Pooja looks at them. Rachna thanks him.
Rohini asks Ishani and Shiv to sit together. She asks them to have food in the same plate. Shiv and Ishani have the food from the same plate. Yash looks at Pooja while the song plays. Shiv gets an important call and goes out of the house to attend it. A thief sees his phone and thinks it seems to be costly phone, he tries to snatch Shiv’s phone. Shiv fights with him, but the guy pushes Shiv on the sharp rod and runs away with Shiv’s phone. Ishani gets thirsty and gets up to get water. She sees Shiv having a head injury and shouts for ambulance. Everyone gets up and rushes him to the hospital. Randeep tells Ishani that everything will be fine. Shashi tells Kiran that all this is happening because of Ishani’s black kundali. Kiran goes to Ishani and pushes the water glass, blaming her for Shiv’s condition. Yash asks her to handle herself. Randeep says this is hospital. Doctor comes and tells that Shiv has internal bleeding. Yash asks who is the HOD. Doctor says he is not available now.
Ishani asks Peon where is HOD? She sees him leaving and requests him to treat her husband. HOD says that he has to go as his family is waiting at the airport. Ishani reasons with him to save her husband. Pooja tries to go to hospital, but Sulochana stops her. Sulochana asks Pooja to woo Yash. Pooja calls Yash and asks him not to worry, and says he will be fine. HOD Ravi Arora comes there and goes to check Shiv. Randeep gets a call that Dimple’s pain has increased. Meena asks Randeep to go. Randeep says I can’t go, as Dimple gave me swear not to leave shiv. They ask Rohini to go home and take care of Dimple. Rohini goes and shares her worries with her husband. Rishi and Bobby ignore the matter.
Doctor asks them to arrange AB negative blood, and asks everyone to get their blood tested. He says it is rare blood group. Kiran asks Randeep and Bhupen to save Shiv. Ishani goes to check all the blood banks. Yash makes a video that he wants AB negative blood. Randeep asks someone to put on the hotel side that the donor will get 5 lakhs. Ishani also makes call to arrange blood. Pooja comes there. Ishani tells her that they need AB negative blood.
