Bindu with Mota Papa and Mummy reads her matrimonial profile and laughs reading humble, talented, etc. Mota pappa says they can add few more words. Bindu says she fights a lot while playing bluff, she does not become sanskari just by doing pooja, etc. Mota pappa says Amar thought well and made this profile. Bindu asks if Amar really thinks about her? Punith calls jeweler to Amar’s office. Jeweler shows rings to Amar and praising each one asks which one he liked. Amar he is confused, so he will take Bindu’s help. He calls Kangana and says she is engagement girl. Kangana happily hugs Amar. Jeweler says madam will select best ring. Kangana selects ring and asks Amar if this is good. He says yes. She remembers Punith taunting that Amar just nods to her and does not really love her. She shows another ring and asks if this is good. Amar nods yes and says he will call Bindu to select ring. Kangana angrily walks away. Punith enters. Amar asks why did Kangana go. She likes it and he fixes it in her ring finger and proposes for marriage. Kangana happily agrees.
Meghna reminisces Mota pappa offering bank manager’s card and thinks to meet manager. Mandar sees his boss in local train station and asks what is he doing here. Boss says he has to reach some place, they can chat on the way. He acts as getting call and speaks about Meghna Garments surprisingly, then informs Mandar that Meghna Garments stole their Smyle garments contract quotation changed quoted low at last moment to win contract.
Bindu reminisces Amar’s words and feels sad when Kangana calls her and requests to meet her. Bindu agrees. Mandar travels in local train with his boss when bank employee calls him and says his wife Meghna Nikade has sought 20 lakhs loan for her company, if he has any objection. He says no. Bindu meets Kangana at a restaurant and congratulating her for her engagement says mangalsutra and ring are not bad, reminding Kangana taunting once that they don’t matter. Kangana thanks Bindu for convincing Amar’s family to accept her and asks will there be any problems. Bindu gives example in her own way and says Amar loves only Kangana, so she need not worry. She assures that Amar is only Kangana’s and she need not worry, she is sure Kangana will keep Amar happy, etc.
