The Episode starts with Moksh coming to the mandap and saying he has come. Everyone gets shocked seeing Moksh and his twin Kiran. Aarti gets up and says two Moksh. Kesar and Dhruvi come there. Kesar calls all the reporters to come inside and cover this. She says he is Dr. Moksh and the other is also Dr. Moksh, and says who is real and who is fake, only they know. She says they both was marrying Aarti and betraying her. Aarti is shocked and recalls meeting Moksh and Kiran at different times. She slaps Kiran, and then hugs Kabir and cries. The reporter asks how did you catch this fraud? Kesar says not just me, but Ansh, Dhruvi and Kabir caught them too. She tells that Moksh agreed for marriage just as blood test was done, and tells that Aarti has rare Bombay blood in her, and
Kesar says Moksh used to get Kiran medicine on his name and we found his bills. She says Moksh doesn’t have any illness. She says when they came to know that Kiran and Aarti have same blood group. They decided to marry Aarti. She says Dr. Moksh took advantage of being a doctor and always kept Aarti in drugged state. Ansh tells that they had planned to keep Aarti in basement and transfuse her blood all life. Kesar says but Aarti has identified their touch and this is the puncture in the plan. Kabir gets angry and slaps Kiran. Moksh says your Amma knew everything about us and our plan. Kabir slaps Moksh. Kiran says Shakuntala used to take money from them for then blood. Shakuntala thinks she is expose and feigns to faint and fall down. Bhakti slams Moksh and Kiran. Kesar calls the Inspector there, who arrests them. The reporter asks people to be alert of such frauds. Everyone watches the news. Baa says Aarti is saved. Ambika says Kesar saved her with her intelligence. Jayati says what kind of mother Shakuntala is? Ambika asks Jinal, Jayati and Hetal to promise that they will not ignore their children’s happiness when fixing their alliance.
Kesar tells that Shakuntala Kaki shouldn’t have ignored her feelings. Bhakti tells that Shakuntala is innocent and wanted her daughter’s betterment. Kabir says I know that she is greedy, but didn’t know that she was so greedy. Bhakti says when I brought Moksh alliance for Aarti. Shakuntala didn’t believe that Doctor’s alliance can come for Aarti. She did this for her betterment. Aarti says it is called greed. Dhruvi stops Ansh from going behind Aarti and says let her be alone for sometime. Kabir says enough, and asks Bhakti not to take her side and says even Aarti understood that it is greedy. Janardhan says today Shakuntala’s kids are ashamed of her. Kesar asks Bhakti to make Shakuntala realize of what she did and asks her to support Aarti.
Kesar, Ansh and Dhruvi come home. Ambika does their aarti and tilak. She then asks them to come inside. Kesar hugs Baa. Baa blesses her. Dhruvi and Ansh hug their mothers. Baa blesses them. Suraj thinks Kesar was with Kabir all night. Hetal and Jinal appreciate Dhruvi and Ansh for helping Aarti. Suraj thinks if Kesar can help Aarti, and then can go to any extent to find out about my past. Kesar says she has learnt everything from Masu. Ambika says she is proud of kesar and asks in such cases, the girls come to know about their husband’s evil truth and they get shocked. Kesar goes to meet Babu ji. Suraj asks what big Kesar has done, and says she is helping people, but doesn’t think about their marriage. Ambika gets doubtful. Suraj thinks he shall be careful.
