During a conversation about marriage, Vikram tells Noina his previous marriage ended due to a lack of compatibility. When Noina asks Mihir for his opinion, he states that while marriages are difficult, some people fulfill their responsibilities. He considers himself lucky and emphasizes that both partners must try. Tulsi adds that separation should be a last resort, explaining that a marriage, like a movie, cannot be judged from a single perspective, and that success depends on the couple’s effort, whether in a love or arranged marriage. Mihir jokingly asks if he’s wrong, and Tulsi forgives him. Vikram remarks that he is not as fortunate as Mihir.
The scene shifts as Tulsi notices Nandini hasn’t eaten dinner. She brings food to Nandini, who claims she has an upset stomach and isn’t upset with her father. Tulsi decides to have dinner with her to provide comfort.
Meanwhile, Pari repeatedly orders Sandhya around, first demanding tea and then having her turn on the AC, only to throw the tea in the bin. Later, Sandhya complains to Indira that Pari is disinterested in the family, and Indira agrees that Pari is becoming uncontrollable, blaming Ajay for the situation. Pari overhears them and becomes smug.
Vikram returns and asks Mihir why Tulsi is upset. Mihir explains that Nandini is the one who is upset, but he doesn’t know how to handle it. Noina goes to prepare green tea for everyone.
Vikram questions Mihir further about why Tulsi is upset with him. Mihir reflects that men often struggle to express their feelings, making their lives difficult. He then advises Vikram to be patient and persistent in his one-sided love for Noina, assuring him that his feelings could eventually be reciprocated. When Vikram worries about rejection, Mihir encourages him to remain hopeful. Noina returns with tea and announces she has found her answer, attempting to leave. Mihir insists that Vikram drive her home, giving Vikram a hopeful look.
In another part of the house, Pari intentionally pushes Sandhya, causing her to spill coffee on books. Pari accuses Sandhya of seeking revenge for her husband’s imprisonment, but Indira defends Sandhya. Pari raises her voice until Ajay enters and takes Pari’s side, promising to fulfill her every wish and dismissing Indira’s concerns. Indira watches helplessly as her son capitulates to Pari, who smugly believes her manipulative plan is succeeding.
As Vikram brings the car around, Noina’s sari gets caught on a tulsi plant. She frees herself by plucking the plant. Tulsi, upset, replants it carefully and waters it. Mihir tries to help, but Tulsi sends him away, visibly distressed. Noina says her goodbyes and leaves with Vikram, while Tulsi tends to the plant, her emotions unresolved.
Precap: Mihir assures Tulsi that he will always stand by their children. Meanwhile, Pari stirs sugar into Naveen’s tea and secretly turns on the gas.
