After Mitali’s suggestion, Noina keeps thinking about it. She tries to research a drug on her laptop but hesitates midway—then convinces herself to go through with it, reasoning that everything is fair in love and war. Determined, she orders the drug, believing that she truly loves Mihir and cannot live without him. Later, she meets a stranger in the back lane of her hotel to illegally collect the tablets, following his instructions discreetly.
That evening, during dinner, Noina secretly slips the drug into Mihir’s drink. Meanwhile, Mitali takes Hemant along with her under the pretext of picking up an outfit so that Noina and Mihir can be alone, saying it’s unsafe to go out alone at night. Moments later, Mihir begins feeling dizzy and unwell after consuming the drink.
Inside, Mihir’s condition worsens. Disoriented, he asks where he is, and Noina assures him that he’s safe in her room, claiming she couldn’t leave him alone in that state. Mihir, struggling to stay conscious, insists he wants to return to his own room and starts gasping for breath.
Soon, Hemant knocks on Noina’s door, asking if she knows where Mihir is. Noina lies, saying she hasn’t seen him and would inform him if she does. She dismisses his concern, saying Mihir might have just gone out for a walk.
Later, as Mihir lies weak and confused, Noina decides to express her long-suppressed feelings. She tells him that his marriage is falling apart and that fate has reunited them after years because they’re meant to be together. She insists that love isn’t confined to youth—it can happen at any age. Overcome by emotion, she finally confesses, “I love you.”
Barely conscious, Mihir leans toward her and replies, “I love you too.” Noina is overwhelmed with joy—until Mihir’s next words shatter her. In his delirium, Mihir imagines Noina as Tulsi. Looking at her, he says softly that no one has ever understood him like Tulsi, that time hasn’t changed his feelings, and that he constantly thinks of her. He adds that when he looks into her eyes, he rediscovers himself. Gently, Mihir kisses Noina’s forehead and whispers, “I love you, Tulsi…”
At that exact moment, miles away in India, Tulsi wakes up with a jolt, sensing something wrong. Back in the hotel, Noina’s joy turns to heartbreak as she realizes Mihir’s words were not meant for her. Crushed, she hugs him tightly, tears streaming down her face.
Meanwhile, Tulsi looks around her room and finds her wedding photo frame shattered into pieces—a silent reflection of the emotional storm unfolding across continents.
Precap: Hemant angrily confronts Noina for drugging Mihir and accuses her of crossing all limits. He sternly warns her to stay away from both Mihir and Tulsi, making it clear that her actions will not be tolerated any further.
