Mihir blames Tulsi for ruining Pari’s life, while Noina gets a chance to comfort him. In the kitchen, Tulsi prepares food while fasting but nearly collapses. Daksha and Munni hold her up, urging her to rest. Tulsi, depressed over Mihir’s harsh behavior, confides in Daksha that she doesn’t want to humiliate Mihir or his family, but cannot ignore the injustice Pari has done to Ajay’s family. She worries about how Mihir is managing himself under the stress.
Noina notices Mihir running a high fever and calls a doctor, but Mihir refuses, not wanting his family to know. Undeterred, Noina brings him medicine and insists he take it, feeding him personally while Tulsi packs food for him. On the way, Tulsi reflects on her cherished memories with Mihir, while Mihir listens to Noina and follows her instructions. At the office, Tulsi finds Mihir asleep and touches his hair to comfort him. Mihir awakens, showing anger, but hands Tulsi a handkerchief and wipes her tears—though Tulsi is actually dreaming. Meanwhile, Noina removes Mihir’s shoes, switches off the lights, and sits beside him, giving him a blanket. Mihir holds Noina’s hand just as Tulsi arrives; Noina quickly releases him, telling Tulsi he is asleep and that Pari sent her to care for him. Noina advises Tulsi to let Mihir rest and not disturb him, explaining that she will handle his care and giving Tulsi an example to follow.
Gayatri worries about the family’s reputation and asks Tulsi where Mihir is. Tulsi explains he has a fever and Noina is looking after him, sent by Pari, who claims she did so out of concern for her father. Tulsi points out that Pari could have informed the family herself, but Pari creates drama, insisting Mihir shouldn’t see Tulsi to avoid sadness.
Tulsi tries to clarify, but Pari manipulates the situation, presenting Noina as a mysterious figure supporting her against her own mother. Tulsi asserts that Pari is playing games and that she will reveal the truth eventually. Gayatri blames Tulsi for Pari’s behavior, but Tulsi warns her that the full reality of Pari’s actions will shock everyone one day.
